This inviting garage apartment has recently been renovated and has a cool open design. The living room has a nook with built-in bunk beds.

As a guest at "The Treehouse", you will have private access to our garage apartment. It has recently been renovated with new floors throughout, fresh paint, and new furniture. There is a large private bedroom with attached bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and two closets for storing your belongings. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, as well as a full washer and dryer. In the living room, there is a fold-out full-size couch, as well as built-in bunk beds! There is a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and wireless internet. The kitchen features a full size range/oven, dishwasher, and all the cookware necessary for an evening meal. Outside, there is a large private deck looking out on the rear of our property.

You will have full, private access to the garage apartment and the deck that is attached to the apartment. You will not have access to the garage during your stay. We do park one family car in the garage, but it is used sparingly, and hardly ever in the late evening. You will have two dedicated parking spots on a separate parking pad off street, near the road. The apartment is accessible 24/7 via a code, which will be given to you prior to your stay.

We are available to you, should you have any questions about the area or the apartment. We live in Winston-Salem, but my in-laws, Sally and Tandy live on the property and you may see them when you arrive. They are very respectful of our guests and also great resources if something is needed on short notice.

The apartment is in a private, gated community in the busy town of Arden in South Asheville. It feels as though it's deep in the woods, while being only minutes to the airport, WNC AG Center, Biltmore Park, and everything Asheville has to offer.

It is very easy to get around Asheville in a car. All of the parking decks in downtown Asheville charge $1/hr. Uber and Lyft are also popular alternatives to driving yourself around, and are available in our area.
