Overall, the spot was cozy and convenient. Had everything we needed for a short ski trip. If you are a sensitive sleeper, one thing to note is that you can hear snow machine blowing from the unit. Couple that with the heating unit, and it can be a bit loud at night. The kitchen didn’t include any cooking spray/oil or salt and pepper, but had everything else needed to cook a few simple meals. Lastly, there were only 2 trash bags for the whole unit, which was a bit inconvenient. Ultimately, the stay was worth the money and we would come back.

This place really is located in the heart of the ski village at snowshoe - ski locker included and exit from the locker room right onto the slopes. Didn’t realize but there is a kitchenette with cooktop and microwave and utensils cookware as well. Bed was comfortable and clean, pull out couch the same. windows face the slopes so you can easily see the conditions. Check in was easy.. nothing bad to say about this place, definitely worth the price.

Check-in Instructions:
You will need to pick up the keys prior to entering Expedition Station. Check-in begins at 4pm.

Check in is available at the following locations:
ALLEGHENY SPRINGS or MOUNTAIN TOP LOCATED IN THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN

Allegheny Springs is located at the top of the mountain, in the Village. From Snowshoe Drive, turn on to Access 3 Rd. Continue driving through and the road will turn in to Alleghany Springs Ln. This is a loop and will drive you straight to Allegheny Springs main entrance.

Mountain Top Check-In located in the Top of the World complex is located right next to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. From Snowshoe Drive, turn on to Soaring Eagle Ln. This is a loop and will drive you straight to Mountain Top Check in.
Mountain Top hours for check-in/check-out: 24 hours

Check-out is at 10am.

Damages & Breakages:
• Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

• Please refrain from moving furniture.

• The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.

Ski and/or Snowboard equipment is not allowed in the unit! If you need a locker, please let us know and we will provide one to you. Damaging to the floor or carpet, will result in a $100 fee.

Check-Out Procedures:
• Check-out time is at 10:00am.

• Place all used sheets, towels and linens in the bath tub.

• Remove all trash from the unit. The trash dump is located on the 4th
floor and “LR” in elevator 1, within the Expedition Station building.

• Wash all dishes.

• Turn the thermostat to heat, 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Please turn off all lights.

• Turn off all electrical appliances.

• Close the window and close the unit door behind you.

• Keys are to be returned at the front desk located in Alleghany Springs.

Alternatively, a $75.00 additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking, if the check out procedures are not completed.

Payment Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Any stolen or damage items located inside of the unit, or to the unit itself will result in your deposit not being refunded. Upon cleaning, the unit will be inspected and a determination of your deposit will be evaluated. A security deposit will be returned within 3 business days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Notes

Ski, Snowboard and/or bike equipment are not allowed in the unit! If you need a locker, please let us know and we will provide one to you.

In order to store a bike, there are two options:
1. There is a room off the back of the building with a separate door. It has key card access.
2. The locker room also has space that requires key card access.

Damaging to the floor or walls, will result in a $100 fee.
