THE APARTMENT

The sunny apartment offers ample space for up to 4 guests. It is modern and elegantly furnished with attention to detail. The apartment is located on the top floor of a modern new building, surrounded by the most beautiful historical buildings in Augsburg.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be delighted by the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The view directly falls on the large terrace window, flooding the apartment with light. When opened, the outdoor and indoor areas merge into one

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, inviting you to worry-free sleep with its minimalistic design.

In the living room, you will find a design futon that can be extended from a daybed to a single or double bed. Equipped with high-quality mattresses for a restful sleep.

Unforgettable movie nights await you in the living room, with a 65" TV equipped with Netflix and all major TV channels.

The modern kitchen is indispensable, especially for longer stays. It is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare any dish for yourself, your family, and friends.

Our absolute highlight is the east-facing rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the Augsburg Perlachturm. From here, you can enjoy the historic backdrop of the city every day. Let yourself be enchanted by the romantic atmosphere while experiencing the sunset over the rooftops of Augsburg.
