Hvis du leder efter personlig, smuk og hyggeligt overnatning, skal du booke Rainbow Place. Du får ikke en bedre vært i Raquel, som hjælper med alt du kunne ønske dig. Boligen mangler intet og hun tilbyder smarte løsninger, som vi satte stor pris på, eksempelvis Filter til drikkevand fra hanen, frugt og urtehave til brug, vugge og legeting til børnene og tid og lyst til lokale anbefalinger og hjælp. Alt var skønt hos Raquel og hun får vores varmeste anbefalinger! :)

Raquel is a wonderful hostess, and the pictures hardly do the apartment justice. It is so much more. I especially liked that there are a multitude of places on the compound to hang out in: the kitchen, the living room / yoga room, the front porch, the back patio, the bedroom, the edible garden, etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The sounds of the wind and animals surround you day and night. I highly recommend and would stay again!

We are on the west side of the lake Arenal. My front neighbours are the Lake and the Volcano Arenal.

Getting around

We are located in a private, quiet and secure family neighbourhood, between two important towns Nuevo Arenal and Tilarán (aprox. 25min driving/15km to each town). 100mt away we do have one of the most famous restaurants around where you can have seafood and fish. The bus stops in front of the restaurant. We are also 5min away from the tinny town named Río Piedras, where you can find a veggie shop, some local sodas, pizzeria/bakery, mini-markets and rent-a-car agency, among others. We are 5min away from the famous windsurf and kittesurf school Tico Wind. There is a lot to do and visit around the lake: water activities, cultural sites, natural wonders (national parks, hotsprings, waterfalls), horse back riding, hiking trails, zip line, Kayak, SUP, and many more adventures. We love to welcome our guests. We will coordinate your arrival if for some reason we are not there.
We are not available to do check-in or check-out during the Yoga Classes (tuesdays and thursdays from 4.30pm till 5.45pm).

House Rules

No smoke. No pets. No drama. Please be quiet from 10pm till 7am, and if there is a Yoga class taking place on the Holistic Center next door (tuesdays and thursdays from 4.30 till 5.45pm).
