The open floor plan allows your family to enjoy apres-ski snacks at the breakfast bar, play cards or board games at the dining table, and relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV & gas fireplace. Or retreat to the fully stocked game room with a 60+ game arcade table, foosball, ringo, & ping-pong!

This Overlook Resort Home features magnificent views of the opposing ridgeline and Mt. Mansfield from the deck, living room, and Master Bedroom. In the warmer months you can enjoy the deck while watching the sunset over Mt. Mansfield.

Each bedroom is ensuite with a full bath with tub and shower. Two rooms offer king beds while the third offers bunk beds with a trundle for a total of 5 twin beds. All mattresses in the home are brand new this year. The Primary Suite also features a second gas fireplace, twin sink granite vanity, a large whirlpool tub, and a separate water closet with a toilet and shower. The views from the Primary bedroom are amazing!

There is a fully stocked kitchen, but if you do not feel like cooking, there are 2 restaurants on-site, just a short walk down the hill from your home.

When you book your stay with us, individuals staying with you have complimentary access the outdoor pools and hot tub. Access to the indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, co-ed sauna, co-ed steam room, fitness room and Topnotch ski shuttle is based on availability and daily access fee is paid directly to the resort at the spa desk on the day(s) you choose to use those indoor facilities.
