Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation! We have a pack 'n play and highchair available for your use. We have lots of games perfect for the whole family as well as some blocks and books for our youngest guests. You will find in the kitchen lots of dishware and utensils perfect for little ones. The bathroom even has a step stool to help them if needed. There are 2 fun playgrounds for kids to enjoy. There is also a game room located in the Resorts main building which has arcade games, a pool table and air hockey.

You will need to go to the hospitality building first to pick up your key. The address is
784 US-302, Bartlett, NH 03812
You will want to park beside that green awning. There is a door to go in that will bring you to the front desk. At the front desk you can get your key to the condo. You will need to show a photo ID showing that you are 21 or over.

When you drive to Building 10 and come up the walk way to the building you want to enter the door to the left of the main building doors. You will see in this picture you want to enter where the Yellow circle is. Once you enter the hallway your door will be the 4th door on the left.

Refundable Damage Deposit
We require a $500 security deposit. If the cleaners find no damage after checkout a refund will be submitted the day of checkout for a full refund. If any damage is found you will be contacted immediately to discuss damages and charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival for full refund. For cancellations 6 days or less prior to arrival date you will be refunded only if we are able to rent the property for the dates of your stay and for the amount in which we were able to re-rent it.
Notes
