The Whispering Oaks Estate is a luxurious wedding venue located in the heart of Texas Hill Country in Dripping Springs, TX. Nestled on 10 acres of mature oaks, this property provides a secluded and scenic backdrop for intimate celebrations. Throughout your stay, all you will hear are the sounds of nature as you enjoy a relaxing and romantic getaway.



Ideal for micro weddings and minimonies, The Whispering Oaks Estate can accommodate up to 80 guests for private events. The natural beauty of the grounds provides a spectacular setting for outdoor ceremonies, where you will be surrounded by gently swaying oak trees. Cocktail hours are held outside, while receptions are hosted in the climate-controlled indoor event space. Garage-style doors open up to reveal this elegantly minimalist pavilion, which features a blank canvas design that can be decorated to suit your celebration’s aesthetic.



Overnight accommodations are included in the booking. The Estate sleeps 25 in its large and comfortable rooms. Other amenities across the estate include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a fire pit with seating for 10, a propane grill and yard games such as corn hole. You and your loved ones are welcome to swim, roast s’mores, and dine on delicious barbecue throughout the weekend of festivities.

“Nothing short of a dream wedding at the most perfect venue”
The most magical night of my life! Porsha and her husband were godsends during the entire planning process And the day of the wedding. I fell in love with the venue nearly a year prior to the wedding- it was the perfect place for a “destination wedding”. During covid we were able to escape, bridal party and family had 4 days at this beautiful property. Great amenities, gorgeous And clean property, beautiful home- plenty of space to be comfortable while also providing those cozy feels!

Our Dream Wedding
My partner and I were looking for a spot to host our family for a few days and have a small wedding ceremony and reception- we wanted all our people and the events to be in one place. This ended up being the perfect location, and we were so pleased with how everything went! Communication with the property manager was easy, quick, and they were so helpful in helping us to create the experience we wanted. The home and event venue were spacious enough for our group to be comfortable and have fun together! I can't say enough good things about our experience. We had a great time, and I hope this home is still available in the years to come, so we can do it all over again!

Wedding weekend
I am not sure if there is enough text space to say all the good things I want to say about the property and their management. They were very helpful and responsive from the first day we contacted them. We live in Houston, and were planning a wedding at the property, so we had a lot of questions as we were making plans, and without us being there - had to rely on them to answer. They were always responsive and worked to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. The vision of the couple was a beautiful, peaceful place that the whole wedding party could stay all weekend to relax and enjoy each other and then an outdoor ceremony without having to move from place to place. This property fit that vision perfectly. The beauty of the property is obvious. The set up and easy transition from "hanging out" space to "wedding" space saved so much time. We had a few hiccups in plans due to colder than anticipated temps and a county burn ban, but the property managers worked with us and hard for us to get us what we needed. They went above and beyond and made a trip to the Fire Marshal's office to ask questions when they didn't get a call back quickly, so that we all understood our alternatives. The logistics of the wedding, the cocktail area, the reception area and the lodging areas could not have been better. Every single person in a wedding party said it was the best, most relaxed and beautiful wedding they had been to. On wedding day as the girls were inside getting ready, it was fun to see the guys out by the pool watching college football and just relaxing on the grounds. The Astros were in the world series, so we got to watch them on the big screen the night before the wedding with our awesome smore's bar. They take pride in the perfection of the property and interior of the homes, but have manged to create a relaxed ambiance that makes it feel like home. I could not imagine a more perfect weekend. I can not recommend this property or this owner/management team enough. We can't wait to celebrate anniversaries with our combined families there.

Ourselves (Della and John) own a house in Spain and are usually there enjoying our retirement. Before we moved here we lived in Dripping Springs, TX where we worked as owners of a property management company consisting of mostly long term rentals. In 2017 we shifted our focus to Short Term Rentals(STRs) and sold the majority of our investment houses and turned the remaining home(s) into STRs which we manage with the help of our niece and newphew (Josh & Porsha).
