Beachside retreat in North Myrtle Beach for families
4 bedroom, 2 bath private beach house located 2 blocks from the ocean. This beach house has its own private pool overlooking the large back yard.

Catch the beautiful sunrise, 2 blocks to the beach.

This fully renovated two story vacation home features two fully equipped kitchens, separate eating and living areas, private entryways, two full bathrooms, brand new pool and patio area and large fenced in yard for pets or kids to play.

Lounge by the beautiful pool while you enjoy your favorite beverage or pack a lunch and head down to the beach for an afternoon picnic.

8 individual sleeping beds
12 with double bed occupancy
2 additional kid beds (top bunk)
Main house has three double beds, 4 single beds, 2 top bunk (kids only) and a pull out sofa.
We have a another unit on the property that could be rented in addition by request that has one double bed.

The pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second.

Flat Screen TV’s, book collection, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, outside showers, golf cart parking, Roku for all streaming sites.

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Large outside space to BBQ and entertain guests in the comfort of your home after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem, you are centrally located for delivery.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. No parties allowed! Family fun and laughter encouraged. Head out for a walk (bring your dog) and make instant friends with the locals. The beach, the sunrise and the search for sharks teeth are only a few blocks away.

Walking friendly neighborhood. Rent a golf cart and park on the property or drive to local attractions.

- This property has a maximum parking allowance of four vehicles.

- Toiletries are not included. Please prepare to bring toilet paper/paper towels as well.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $100 non-refundable fee* per pet for the first pet and $50 for the second.

-Once your reservation is received, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent. This must be filled out in its entirety with a government issued photo ID attached within 24hrs of making the reservation and before receiving an electronic access code to the property.

- No student groups or under the age of 25

-Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have a Ring camera in the front of the house and overlooking the back gate.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway
Decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This spot was perfect. Close to the beach. Great backyard for the dogs. Pool was perfect. The host was clear and very communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better property or experience for our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We highly recommend this property.

Blue Dream
We loved staying at the Blue Dream property! It was very spacious and had everything we could have wanted. The pool and backyard were great for the kids and the dog. Loved being only two blocks from the beach which was so clean and not too crowded. Communication and getting in/out of the property was perfect.

3rd year staying
Another great year at the Blue Dream. We’ve been staying since 2021 and its perfect for our family. The pool is perfect for us to lounge in and enjoy the day, our German Shepherd loves the backyard to run and play in and the house is large enough for us all to have plenty of room to not be on top of one another. And Jody is amazing!!!!!

Great Blue Dream Vacation!
When we arrived, the property was completely ready for us and very clean! The house is very nice. The beds were very good. There were nice flat screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living area. There is a full kitchen which is very nice and very well equipped. There was a gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor which was easily opened and closed, a very nice touch if you have a pet or a small child. There were very nice touches in the decor throughout the house. The house is only two blocks from the beach, and there are numerous places to access the beach, so that was good. The spacious backyard with pool is outstanding & our favorite part! The pool is beautiful and a good size. It was also very clean. The pool maintenance guys came by twice to keep the pool in tiptop shape during the week we were there! The backyard is completely fenced in which was great for our dog. He loved it and we did too! There is also a very nice deck on the top floor overlooking the backyard. The property and the owner, Jody, are very dog friendly. Speaking of Jody, she was a pleasure to deal with. She anticipated and informed us ahead of time with almost all of the things we would need to know and the questions we would have. Whenever we did need to contact her, she was quick and thorough in her response. She is rated as a premier host, and she deserves every bit of that! She is really focused on providing an excellent experience for her guests, and that is what she did for us!

Our family beach vacation
This property was perfect for our vacation. It was exactly as it said it was on the vrbo site. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with nice pots, pans, skillets, crock pot, etc anything a person would use to cook a meal. The house also had a very nice private fenced in backyard that was perfect for our grandchildren and our dog. The pool and outdoor patio was very nice as well. The Blue Dream was perfect for our family vacation. We plan to book another stay at the Blue Dream. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

First off Jody the home owner is by far the best property manager we have ever dealt with when using vrbo. The place is 3 minute walk from a public beach Has 2 kitchens which was awesome for days we sat by the pool Big back yard for our dog to play around My family and I had a great time and will be back again.

-Please use outdoor shower or hose provided to clean pets in the event your pet becomes sandy, or dirty.
-Pets cannot be chained or tethered to porches, decks, or
any part of the property itself.
