You will love this home the second you walk through the front door! Lots of windows to let in the natural light.
The island kitchen & large dining area overlook the patio & huge backyard. Nice size family room for relaxing at the end of the day. Large master bedroom w/walk-in closet. Spacious secondary bedrooms. This home was equipped w/ cable, internet & A/C.
No neighbors on one side or behind. Fish from the canal in the back and Quiet area.
For your convenience, the house is equipped with cable TV, internet access, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Another delightful feature of this property is that there are no neighbors on one side or behind, allowing for privacy and tranquility. The house was so convenient as it was very nearby some local family. The backyard is huge but the fence is rotting in places and the gate doesn’t close completely so the dogs went outside to potty on a leash. I did notice a little bit of poison ivy along the back fence near the woods. (Not a shocker, I suppose as the woods are right there!) The house is comfortable, though I wish all of the bedrooms weren’t located upstairs as the stairs are a bit narrow and my elderly father stayed with us. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and the team of hosts are quick to reply. I fell while there and injured my ankle; they were very responsive to me and followed up with me after my stay to ask how I was. They also assured me the back step, where I fell, was taken care of. I would stay here again if the need arose and the house was free.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, running a successful real estate investment business. What we do in my company is wonderful, we turn perpetual renters into homeowners by selling them houses on owner finance! Almost all of our clients have been turned down or would be turned down by the banks. I love it, and most of our buyers are very grateful to finally be living the American dream of owning a home!

I am an admitted workaholic, but when I'm not working, I like to play tennis, go to the beach, eat at nice restaurants, travel or go out and have a few drinks with friends.

My wife, Chely, who is part of the team, is originally from Mexico, so we “habla espanol!” She is the driving force behind making sure that our listings have style and flair, and thank God for that because that is not my forte! She is great at staging and, of course, has excellent taste.

Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us! Smoking is okay outside of the house. No outside music after 10PM. A separate, signed, short-term rental agreement is required. Pets are allowed but with additional fee. $25 per pet, per night. Strictly no pets on beds or couches. Please Note: -Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules and the rental agreement. - No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). - Additional $250 security deposit is required for every booking per House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. - Additional fee is added(included in Airbnb computation) if number of guests exceeds to 4. It's $25/person/night. That's automatically calculated. PLEASE NOTE: House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Parties/Gatherings No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches. Additional Amenities Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings. Extra lighting options throughout the house. A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 20 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
