Four of us celebrated my wife birthday at Rakhi's Condo and everyone felt at home with spacious space for everyone as needed personal moment or togetherness during breakfast, dinner or sunset watching.. Rakhi's promptness and at point for instruction to check in, local tips were helpful. In addition, her local property manager, Gordon, was also friendly, helful and resourceful. We definitely come back to St. Maarteen and her condo is already on our check list.

We had a fantastic stay at the Encanto. The condo was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful, clean and spacious. The directions to the property were spot on. The pool is sparkling clean. The evening Security guard was always friendly and helpful. Rakhi texted a few days after we checked in to make sure we were settled in and to see if we needed anything. Rakhi and her property manager were quick to answer an email or text if I had a question or concern. One day the water stopped working in the Unit, so I sent a message. Within a few minutes they found and replied that a crew was working on the water pipe on the next street and the water should return within a few hours. If you are interested in renting this property, click book, you will be happy with your choice. I certainly was!

Encanto was a wonderful place to stay. The balcony views were amazing. Be sure to sit out there in the morning to enjoy the views and the breeze! The power did go out, but the home has battery back up, so it truly didn't bother us at all. That was a wonderful amenity to have! It has everything you need for a great stay. We really loved some of the close restaurants, Toppers and Nowhere Special. It is a 5 minute walk to Cafe Atlantico for amazing breakfast pastries. Rakhi gives some great advice on local places before your stay, as well. She was very communicative and a delightful host. We will definitely stay again on our next visit!

We felt lucky to have stumbled upon this beachfront condo in Simpson Bay, at a great price. The beachfront location was perfect, a short walk away from the main area of Simpson bay with its beach bars, restaurants and shops. The villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beach right outside the condo was secluded and perfect for snorkeling. The owner was very helpful and provided us with useful info about the island, and kept us informed on the happenings around the property. Gordon , the property manager, also stopped by to make sure we were comfortable. We were impressed with the owners proactive approach in installing an alternative power source to prevent disruptions during island power outages. Also, pleasantly surprised to find out that housekeeping was included for stays over 7 nights. Overall, our stay at the condo was ideal for our group of two couples. We would not hesitate to return in the future. Loved Mezza Luna, Coffee Lounge 2.0 & Tortuga Maho Beach Bar!!

I enjoyed our stay - the placed was exactly as pictured. There was a horrible smell coming from the queen bedroom - definitely sewer related. The king room had cobwebs on the walls. The lights on the balcony did not work - assuming bulbs needs to be change. We could not get the TVs to work. The island had no electricity for a hours on different days - that goodness the owners had a generator - that's was a huge blessing. Dalwin/Jackie Cattouse

FANTASTIC PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Far exceeded our expectations. Property was large, beautiful and spotless. Literally steps (just beyond the pool) to a long, empty beach with warm blue water. We took several walks each day to local markets and restaurants. The Simpson Bay area is a perfect blend of the native scene, but with tourist amenities.

I can't stop thinking about our stay at Encanto. The property was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. Rakhi was extremely attentive and so was the property manager Gordon. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and the views from this property were breathtaking. I have all intentions on being a repeat guest. Thanks Rakhi and Gordon!

Refundable Damage Deposit

$1000 collected at the time of booking. This security deposit will be returned within 14 days after check-out provided the terms outlined in this agreement have been met:
Deductions from Security Deposit:
1) Any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear will result in deductions from the security deposit. Examples include but are not limited to i. damage to furniture, fixtures or appliances. II. Stains, spills or excessive mess requiring professional cleaning. III. Missing or broken items. IV. Smoking indoors in violation of this agreement.
2) In the event damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest agrees to be responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the deposit amount.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 90 days or more prior to check-in date receive an 75% refund. Reservations canceled less than 90 but more than 45 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled less than 45 but more than 15 days prior to check-in receive a 25% refund. Reservations canceled less than 15 days prior to check-in do not receive a refund.

Notes

This location is in the middle of simpson bay strip, yet is quiet and in a residential rental neighborhood. A car is recommended to explore the island during longer stays. Long strips of white sandy beaches await you to explore right outside this condo.
Cleaning Fee - The reservation includes one check-out cleaning per stay. For guests staying for more than 7 days, a complimentary weekly cleaning is included in your stay. Guests may request additional cleanings during their stay, at the time of booking. Additional cleanings will be at $100 per cleaning and will need to be scheduled and paid before check-in.
