Emerald Waters Escape - The Majestic (PCB, FL) - Panama City Beach

The Majestic Beach Resort is one of the best run resorts in Panama City Beach, and it shows! I spent 25 years here full-time - working, living and developing a passion for this beach and all it has to offer, before I moved back to the Pacific Northwest for family reasons. But my heart couldnt truly leave, so I have spent 6 months looking for the perfect place for me to escape. As a local I knew what to look for and I found it in Unit 2308 at the Majestic Tower 1!

Penthouse level (top floor), wide balcony with gulf front view that cant be beat (sunset on the balcony with wine?), great amenities - 5 swimming pools, hot tubs, direct beach access, beautiful well-managed condo common areas, great fitness center, movie theater, tennis courts, and location close to my favorite restaurants, bars and shops.

My studio will sleep 3, with a king size bed in the main area and a separate bunk room with 2 bunks (bunks are youth size not twin, large/tall adults will not be comfortable). Full bath with shower and full, well out-fitted kitchen that seats 4 at the bar. Washer and dryer in the unit, along with 2 beach chairs to take to the beach with you. Comfortable balcony furniture (swivel rocker bistro set and swing glider bench will have you spending hours on the balcony), large flat screen TV. I am a music lover so I hope you enjoy the Harmon Kardon wireless speakers as much as I do!

Instead of a used bedspread you will enjoy a freshly laundered duvet cover!
