Individuals who smoke in non-smoking rooms are subject to a $400 dollar penalty. - Night hours are quiet hours. - Individuals who do not follow the house rules will be asked to leave. All guests must be paid for to be in the room. Any visiting party is counted as a guest and must pay an additional fee of $6-$8. -Guests must present proof of purchase and I.D. at check-in. -Some rooms possess kitchenette capabilities, these must be requested upon booking. Kitchenette availability cannot be garunteed. When kitchenettes are not available, guests will be placed in normal rooms. -This is a countryside location in Oklahoma. That means, like anywhere else, there's bound to be a few creepers and crawlers outside and temperatures are going to range.
