While the property address is 11 Emmons Rd, the guest parking lot is 600 Gothic Rd. When driving up from Crested Butte, the Emmons Building parking lot is the first right after driving under the walking bridge. The parking lot and the Emmons building is situated between the Elevations hotel and the Mountainer Square hotel. When using GPS then please search for 'Emmons Condo, Crested Butte CO'. The parking lot address and building address in GPS provide an inaccurate location for the parking lot.

This condo can be accessed from the side of the building which faces the Elevations Hotel and up the center set of stairs. The building has 3 sets of stairs on each side. There are 57 stairs from the parking lot to the condo front door. This building does NOT have an elevator.
