This Airbnb was absolutely incredible—one of the best stays we’ve had! Every detail was thoughtfully curated for comfort and convenience. We loved having access to all the major streaming apps for cozy nights in, and the espresso machine and full coffee bar were such a treat each morning. The provided bike made it so easy (and fun!) to ride into downtown. After exploring the area, we came back to incredibly comfortable mattresses, blackout curtains, and the best night’s sleep we’ve had in ages. The spa-like touch of Pottery Barn robes made the experience feel extra luxurious. We also enjoyed relaxing evenings outside under the café lights with the fire pit and BBQ grill—such a great vibe! This place truly has it all. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

Kristin’s home was perfect for our trip! The house was very clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. She was very responsive and answered any questions right away. We loved staying at Kristin’s rental. It was a great location. Everything we had planned i. Durham was within 12 minutes. I even used her local suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We loved how the house was decorated. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Kristin was also very fast to respond. We have stayed at a bunch of Airbnb’s and by kids said this was one of their favorites. We hope to stay again soon.

The house was a very pleasant surprise in a nice, quiet neighborhood, set back from the road and very near facilities we were there for. The house was beautifully decorated with a lot of nice little amenities like a coffee bar; washer and dryer; bathrooms filled with shampoo, body wash and hand cremes; and a lovely basket of snacks including treats for our dog. And lots of pillows! Everything was minutes away by car, from shopping to dining to parks. I don't think I've ever stayed in a place that felt as much like a home.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood and we above all want to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors. When backing out of the driveway, please be mindful of the sidewalk and those walking with pets, children playing, etc.

While we love hosting, we want to maintain the integrity of the community.

No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances.

Only guests who are on the reservation may enter the house.

Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am each day. (This is a requirement from the city of Durham - not us.)

No smoking, pets, candles, incense, unauthorized guests, parties, gatherings, or illegal activity.

Absolutely no tampering with the wifi, thermostat, or outside cameras. Any tampering with these systems will trigger an immediate security response and if done insincerely you will be asked to immediately vacate the property.

Payment Policy

Payment policy is structured to allow flexibility for our guests and your reservation. Reservation deposits /1st payment is 30% of booking total and are due at time of reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before check-in for all stays.

Cancellation Policy

For stays for 7 nights or less: Cancellation and refund policy are as follows:

~More than 5 days before check-in: deposit/1st payment is fully refundable.
~5 days or less before check-in: all payments are non-refundable.

For stays for 7 nights or MORE: Cancellation and refund policy are as follows:

~More than 30 days before check-in: deposit/1st payment is fully refundable.
~30 days or less before check-in: all payments are non-refundable.
