More pictures coming soon...Eagle Cove is a beautifully renovated 3 bed/2 bath home that comfortably sleeps 6. The spacious back deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the fresh canal air. Enter the home to find an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen features new stainless appliances and is fully stocked for your travel party to enjoy your favorite meals during your stay. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed and connected bathroom with tub/shower. In the primary bathroom you will find a full size washer/dryer. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has a full size bed. The hallway bathroom features a large standup shower. Downstairs you will find a hot tub and outdoor shower. The large backyard is great for your dog, please be sure to clean up after any bathroom events. The community pool is a short drive, bike ride or walk away and is included for all guests Memorial Day - mid September. Here you will also find a neighborhood dog park, the peaceful soundside beach, and a boat marina. Please let us know how we can accommodate your boat or any other needs you have during your stay. In some instances, we can allow more than 1 dog and more guests if they are under 13. We also have a smaller property 1 mile away, that sleeps 4 (listing 103188).

We don't care what you smoke, just smoke it outside! :) There is a $25 fine PER cigarette butt left on the property and $50 fine for any smells that have to be fumigated from the house.

Getting around

Colington Island features a bike lane on Colington Rd. Bring your bikes or inquire about bike rentals, which can be delivered. The neighborhood is bike friendly as well. :) The ocean is about a 10-12 minute drive, there is free parking and plenty of public access spots.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

The best way to enter the house is through the SECOND staircase on the left side of the house. You will be provided a 4 digit access code for the digital keypad on the door the morning of your arrival.

Check Out: 10AM

House Rules

Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. No smoking inside the house. No unauthorized pets, clean up after your pets and be responsible for your pet during your stay.

Payment Policy

Payment is only accepted through Venmo. We do not accept credit cards/debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We offer full refunds for weather situations that involve mandatory evacuations, proof of canceled travel (plane, train, etc.), or major loss of utilities. Otherwise, we offer cancellation with no penalty up to 30 days before your check-in date.

Notes

Please be respectful of the property. Please do not smoke anything inside the house. Please be responsible for your pets. We offer a dog walking concierge service, the bathroom is not a dog crate!
