We are so glad you have decided to book with us and we want to make sure you have a 5-star stay. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as loads of attractions to see whilst you are in Calgary If you’re here for travelling then you have come to the right place. House Rules We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. #1 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. #2 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone! #3 - Check Out is 10AM • Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11AM to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine. #4 - Lights & Heating • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the house each day, and on check out. #5 - Quiet Time(s): • We are FIRM with quiet time between 1030PM and 6AM. This is not just a House Rule, there is a local ordinance to this effect. Our neighbors appreciate this as well. #6 -Smoking/Drug Policy: • There is no smoking or drugs allowed - by anyone staying in the house or visiting - anywhere on the property or around it. If you are a smoker and you got a reservation then it was a mistake. You must not have read the listing fully. We also understand that Marijuana is legal in Canada, however it is not allowed anywhere on our property - nor are any other recreational drugs. #7-Trash: • There are 3 garbage Carts located in the back of Fence. There is also a “recycle do’s & don’t’s" instructional guide attached to the House Manual. We have 3 different trash bins in the kitchen, GREEN is for “Composting”; BLUE is for “recycling”; BLACK is for “others” #8-Bathroom: • flush after each use of the toilet but DO NOT throw female hygiene into toilet. #9-Circuit Breakers: •The breaker box in basement Furnace Room. Simply open the metal panel, check for the popped breaker, pull it TOWARD the middle of the panel then pull away. It will click into place. #9-Televisions: • Smart TV in the living room , you can download APP on your cell phone and log into YouTube, Netflix, etc with your credentials #10-Bedroom • Keep all of the drinks and foods off Bedrooms, place all of furniture and bedding textile on their original place before you leave. Entry You will be issued a code for the electronic lock. This code is valid during the agreed-upon entry and exit times (normally 4PM - 10AM). This code is disabled anytime before or after those hours. Parking you are free to park your car along the street or RV parking spot on the property. There are no restrictions, it’s quite safe and there is plenty of space available. Internet Free WIFI is included in your stay. You can find password on the internet box Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also condiments and coffee and tea. Laundry washing machines and dryers are located in the basement or on the Main floor , please feel free to use Amenities You will find shampoo and body wash in every bathroom. If you require anything else, please contact us. Restaurant Recommendations There are plenty of lovely Restaurants just few blocks away in Chinook mall and along with Macleod Trail. Tourist Attractions You will find plenty of tourist attractions in our city. Below are some of my favourite Parks, I hope you enjoy! the most popular and famous are heritage Park and Glenmore reservior which are worth visiting during your stay here. Shopping A visit to Calgary would not be complete without a visit to the shopping district. We have a huge range of shopping options. Chinook Mall • The main shopping district in our city. Here you will find two levels and over 100 shops in one area. You’ll find all the popular and famous brands and Movie Cinema Macleod Trail • A Main and popular street with boutique shops, along with cafes and restaurants. If you love shopping, eating, entertaining then you will absolutely love Macleod Trail. Hospital / Clinic In case of emergency dial 911. The closest hospitals is Rockyview General Hospital Transport While in Calgary you will find plenty of transport options(#3 bus to Downtown). Below are the best ways to get around our city: Taxis • Here are taxi companies list as below: Calgary United Cabs (Calgary Cabs): Associated Cabs: Checker Cabs: Delta Cab Ltd.: Allied Limousine & Sedan Service: Uber • Our city now has Uber!
