“Location and Comfort Cannot be Matched”
We literally said over and over during our 10 day stay- We LOVE this home! There is nothing Paul and his family did not think of in making their guests feel comfortable. It's the perfect location to feel like you are out of the city, but just steps from the action. Adorable wine and coffee shop on the next block. Great bars and restaurants in many directions. We WILL be back!

The apartment is very clean and spotless. The kitchen utensils and equipments are all very clean and usable.
It has a separate dryer and washing machine which is a major plus point!
The instructions to retrieve the keys is easy to understand.
As our flight arrived 6am in the morning, it was very nice of Paul to allow us to check in early.
All in all a very comfortable and nice place to stay. We can feel that Paul is a friendly guy even though we did not get to meet in person. Definitely worth staying here!

Paul's place was the PERFECT home away from home for our week long stay in Ireland. We appreciated that Paul allowed for an early bag drop off and he answered all questions we had in a very timely manner.
The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had a multitude of wonderful amenities. It is the ideal home for two couples as it has two comfy bedrooms, each with their own modern bathrooms. The kitchen is also modern, with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals. Paul provided a wonderful manual to explain how all the appliances work which was very helpful.
The location is in a quiet residential area with no street noise. We all slept soundly at the end of each busy day. We walked to many of the main tourist attractions of Dublin from the house and when an Uber was needed, it arrived in only 1 or 2 minutes. We loved returning to the house after long day trips to Ireland's countryside.
We highly recommend this home and would love to return someday!

Paul was fantastic to rent from. He was always very communicative and friendly. We loved the home itself. They Thought of every single detail. It looks every bit as beautiful as the photos show. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage boys, and this place gave us the space we needed. The neighborhood was perfect! We loved that it was in more of a residential area, away from the touristy city center, but close enough to walk there. There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops super close by. Thank you, Paul! Loved our stay!

Paul’s house was amazing , even better than the pictures, Paul couldn’t have done enough for us, the house is very central with parking outside the door. Great restaurants within walking distance. The house was absolutely 5 star, we didn’t need a single thing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone I know going to Dublin and would definitely stay there again. Top class

Perfect Christmas Holiday
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The accommodations were as described and pictured. The three bathrooms, washer/dryer, and kitchen were highlights for us. The location seemed safe and close to a neat neighborhood with food, drink, and stores. Paul gave us great recommendations and was always responsive. We walked to all attractions in Dublin without an issue. I highly recommend this property!

Charming Flat
My family and I had a great stay for three days over New Years. We were traveling with my in-laws and my 7 and 4 year old children. The flat was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The showers were the best we had on our European trip and the kitchen was great (even fully stocked with spices). The futon was comfortable (we gave the kids the second bedroom so we could have a place to hang out when they went to bed). We also loved the neighborhood - some great cafes and pubs were walking distance). We would highly recommend for your stay in Dublin.

Great stay in Dublin
Paul's place really had all the comforts of home in Europe - we checked in later and were unable to find a grocery store open loved that there was coffee for morning. Well decorated, enough bathrooms, washer/dryer and the heated toilet seats added plus :)! Close to activities in Dublin as well - would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!

Wonderful location within easy walking distance of major city attractions but still felt like a local community with shops, deli and eateries.
Very comfortable and cosy home with all mod cons and well appointed throughout.
