Two balconies with views of the Gulf, a pool, beautiful living space, king beds, built in bunk beds, fully stocked kitchen, and shaded carport. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, beach bar, winery, and more!

And most importantly, Driftwood Dunes is just steps away from the beach!

The space
• Shaded carport provides safe parking and an easy loading and unloading process out of the elements. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
• Shower and hose outside front door to rinse off after coming back from the beach.
• Access to a shared pool for the small community of townhomes.
• Convenient space in the entryway for storing belongings and beach gear.
• Two balconies with Gulf views perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
• Main level of home includes the kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area, and a half bath.
• The top level includes both bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Other things to note
• Please contact us for SNOWBIRD options/pricing
• All guests should purchase trip insurance for protection in case of unforeseen events such as weather, illness, etc.
• We provide "starters" for items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. as a courtesy. These starter items are not intended to fulfill your needs for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished.
• As a courtesy, we do have some beach supplies located in a storage box under the carport. However, we do not guarantee that specific beach supplies will be available during your stay.
• The house is furnished with three Roku TVs. You may log in to your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc) during your stay, but please log out before leaving. There is no cable TV.
• Grilling/barbecuing should only be done on the ground level at the rear of the carport at least 10 feet from the building due to the fire hazard and per Florida Law.
• ATTENTION: If you bring extra people, cover or obscure the security camera, have a party, smoke, bring an animal, or break any other stated rules, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. If you book this home you are agreeing to this policy.

Definitely enjoyed our stay with lots of room for the 3 of us. Description of rental is right on. Beach and dining are a few minutes walk with grocery, coffee shop and other shopping and dining a short drive. Loved the convenient location. Owner very good at communicating.

We had a great stay with Julie! The location is perfect for a family walking to the beach (which is beautiful). There is food and coffee within walking distance too. Julie had great communication with us prior to and during our stay and the description is accurate as well. We are already talking about our return next year!

A wonderful condo right on the beach with good food close by. Super comfy furniture and beds inside of the condo itself. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room for everyone to watch what they want along with super fast WiFi.

Payment Policy

We happily accept PayPal, Venmo, and credit or debit cards through Square. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added for credit and debit card payments. Please let us know your preference and we will send an invoice!

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be refunded within 3 calendar days after hosts have verified condition of cabin.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. (If booked fewer than 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in.)

Notes

We require a photo ID from each adult guest in your group. A picture of each ID should be submitted by email.
