Enjoy your mountain getaway in quiet neighborhood on a beautifully wooded lot within 10 minutes from all of the fun in Breckenridge! Enjoy the sauna, hot tub, hammocks and fire pit all on property. Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin is perfect for 4-5 adults or smaller families.



6 minutes to world class hiking

8 minutes to mountain biking

10 minutes to Downtown Breckenridge / Grocery store / Restaurants

30 minutes to Keystone Ski Resort

35 minutes to Copper Mountain

60 minutes to Vail



The outdoors has many relaxation opportunities. Sit in our gliders and enjoy the stream running through the property in the summer, soak in the hot tub and/or fire up the sauna and enjoy some dry heat after a hike or a day skiing. There are also hammocks on the north side of the lot as well as a cornhole set, pickleball and badminton and a fire pit (fire restrictions permitting.)



Indoors is an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen along with two cozy bedrooms. Enjoy radiant floor heating in both bathrooms as well as the wood burning fireplace in the living room. The two bedrooms boast queen beds with new mattresses, and the living room has a modular sofa (not a fold-out) that can comfortably accommodate 1 adult or two small children. Note: Like many mountain properties, we do not have air conditioning. Feel free to open windows or just step out and enjoy the lovely outdoors.



Looking for a change of scenery for remote working? We are sorry you have to work, but the wifi is great and will accommodate with ease.



The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. We also have a propane grill for your use on the deck. We just ask that you please clean it after use.



While our home is not baby/toddler proofed, you are welcome to bring babies and toddlers. We have a portable crib and high chair as well as plastic dinnerware available for your use.



We do have two outdoor cameras on the property that record both audio and video. They are only monitored to ensure registered guests enter safely and in the event of any issues. They may not be covered or disabled.



In the winter, we would recommend 4WD. While we are only about 10 houses away from the main highway on a fairly flat road, our driveway is sloped just enough that it is necessary. If you don't have 4WD, you should consider chains or snow tires.

Amy’s communication was amazing and the attention to detail in the cabin was excellent, for example, labeling switches and cupboards/drawere helps a ton. Kitchen was excellently equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub and sauna were pristine and folks came to clear the snow. We loved our visit!

Staying at Amy’s cabin was a very pleasant experience. Being able to bring 2 dogs was a huge bonus. Happened to be there during a snow storm so walking around the area was truly beautiful. The cabin itself was cozy. Wood burning fireplace was nice. It is equipped with all you need if you’re wanting to do some cooking. Amy was exceptionally gracious and flexible with us. I would definitely recommend staying at Amy’s.

Getting around

We are a short 5 minute walk from the Summit County bus line. While bus times are limited, it's an easy way to get to town with some advanced planning. Alternatively, we're a short 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. While our home is on a dirt road, it is flat. We strongly recommend 4WD in winter when there is snow on the driveway. It is not needed the remainder of the year.

We are excited to host your well-behaved dogs (sorry, no other animals.) There will be a pet fee of $100, and dogs are not permitted on furniture or in beds. You must pick up after your pet - $100 charge if not. Dogs should be in a crate if left alone at the house. Please do not bring your dog if you cannot agree to these rules.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is 4:00 PM.
