Day Dreamer is a Luxury cabin that lives up to its name! The immediate welcoming homey experience that you feel as soon as you walk into this immaculate & spotless home can't be put into words. With high-end amenities such as a Home Theater, Pool Table, Game Room, Hot Tub, granite countertops, and Log furnishings make this a Dream come true! Just minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, the Art District & the Great Smoky Mountains makes this your perfect family vacation destination!
Our cabin can sleep up to 18 guests, spread out over 4 bedrooms and 3 floors, to provide room for all of your friends and family! The downstairs is an Entertainment paradise with a pool table, video arcade, and a 9 seat home theater center. There are 2 spacious decks that offer a great and relaxing time just enjoying the Great Outdoors, along with a hot tub to soak in after spending time hiking through the mountains, seeing the waterfalls in the area or a trip to Downtown or Dollywood. And finish up the day by sitting by one of the fireplaces while thinking about what a fantastic day that you had and making plans for what to do tomorrow!

Day Dream is ideal for larger families, groups, or a bunch of friends wanting to spend some quality time together. When entering into the front door, you will immediately appreciate all of the luxury style features and amenities that the cabin offers!

Our cabin is perfectly located close to all of the area attractions in Gatlinburg, Arts and Crafts District, Pigeon Forge, as well as 2 different entrances to the Smoky Mountain National Park! With so much to see and do, such as Ober Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, dinner shows, museums, shopping and more, there are no excuses to be bored. Plus there are so many amazing hiking trails and scenic drives in the area that you can never do all of them during your stay! There is always something to do here no matter the time of year or type of weather!

Thank you for booking the Day Dreamer! I hope that you are excited about your trip to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains! The cabin is located at 817 Spirit Loop Way, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Here are a couple of notes in regards to your reservation:

- Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later and check out is at 10:00 am on the date of your departure.
- The door code is 2771 and whenever you leave, you can press the lock icon to lock it.
- The wifi name is Day Dreamer and the password is daydreamerjmh
- Parking in front of the cabin can be done either vertically or horizontally to the cabin depending on the number of cars that you have. Either way is acceptable. A maximum of 4 - 5 cars can fit in front of the cabin if parked vertically, or 3 cars can fit if parking parallel.
-The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature.

***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or cooking oil. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
