Great house. Great service. They went above and beyond. Had A few minor missing necessities for cooking that they had delivered to the house the same day we asked about them. Unfortunately we had already purchased the items. If we had just been patient we wouldn’t have needed to. Our bad.

Our stay was awesome! Amazing house with a great view of the pond (lots of gators to see). Kids had a blast with the game room and slide attachment on the bunk beds. We really could have spent the entire vacation without leaving the house. Absolutely worth the stay 10/10 would recommend

This house is beyond perfect, a place to make memories. Lake was incredible, how is setup really well. The vibe of the house is something special along with the stunning lake. We had the best time and everything was perfect!! Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable!

We had a wonderful time with our family during our stay. The entire home was beautifully decorated and furnished, allowing us to comfortably gather together for movie nights and quality time. The peaceful backyard facing the pond had a great view. The proximity to the pirate ship, lazy river, and amenity center with a full-service bar made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, being able to bring our pets with us was a great bonus. Overall, we are eager for the chance to visit again.

Perfect place to stay with families large or small. Beautiful decor, great layout, and so many amenities/spaces for everyone to have a good time. Quality cookware and all small available. Great location, grocery and shopping within minutes. TV, volleyball, basketball, lounge seating, & dining on the lanai! We hope to be back soon! Book it!!

Our family of 15 felt the home was very clean and spacious. Management was good at quickly replying to messages. Because our kids were too tall for the themed kids rooms, they were looking forward to the other house activities. Unfortunately, several recreational items were broken or missing when we arrived (broken basketball arcade game, missing darts, broken paddles for the ping pong table, broken outdoor TV, broken pool net poles, 4 TV controls without batteries). The kitchen was also missing items that other airbnbs include (i.e. serving spoons, Tupperware containers, sufficient forks, etc.). Management quickly addressed many of these issues and by day 6 of our vacation, most of the broken and missing items had been taken care of (other than the basketball game) so future guests should be set. Beware that the front exterior house photo is not this house. Instead of trees/space, this house is tightly packed in with houses on each side. However, the back lake view is lovely.

* Please note that if pool heat is requested after your arrival, a $50 activation fee will apply. If you
would like to add any of these options, please let us know in advance as part of the pre check-in

**Parking**
Parking is convenient and hassle-free. Guests have access to a private garage for secure vehicle storage, and there is also ample parking available directly in front of the home for additional vehicles or guest use. Whether you're traveling with one car or a few, you'll have plenty of space.

**Check-In Time**
* Anytime after 4:00 PM
* Early check-in is available for $50 per hour, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if
you'd like to request an early check-in so we can make arrangements accordingly.

**Entry Instructions**
* This property uses a Schlage smart lock system.
* You’ll receive an invitation via email or text to download the Schlage Home app.
* Please follow the instructions in the app to create an account and access your digital key.
* Once set up, you’ll be able to lock and unlock the door using your phone.

** Trash Collection – Easy & Daily! **
* Please place your tied trash bags on your doorstep by 11:00am
* Trash pickup begins right at 11:00 AM, so anything placed later might be missed
* No loose trash, please — everything should be bagged
* Please break down and bundle cardboard boxes and place them neatly beside the bench
* In addition to valet trash service, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.

Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on your selected platform and dates. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be due prior to check-in and must be paid in full before arrival.

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation with payment instructions, due dates, and any applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. Guests may cancel for a full refund if done within the cancellation window provided at the time of booking (typically 7 days before check-in).

Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on how close it is to the check-in date.

We always recommend guests consider travel insurance for added peace of mind.
