No expenses were spared on this beautifully decorated suite! The City View, located in the famous Millwork District, sleeps 4 people. The unit is on the third floor and has a great view of the city. It is a contemporary styled unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a ready to cook-in kitchen, a dining area, tv in each bedroom and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The balcony has a private hot tub and outdoor seating. We hope you enjoy, relax and rejuvenate during your stay.
The City View unit sleeps 4 people. This unit has two bedrooms, the master has a memory-foam king-size bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. Step out on the patio and enjoy the view of the city. It is a contemporary style unit. This unit boasts a 5-foot walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom & a hot tub on the deck!

Guests can walk to the Millwork District for restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dubuque Farmer's Market is also a short walk away on Saturday mornings May - October. Other local attractions are a short drive away. Off street parking is available for 2 cars.
