This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 1979 on a huge lot on the main residential street through the Greenslopes neighborhood just south of downtown Round Rock.

As you enter the home, you are immediately greeted by a living area with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and dining areas adjoin, making the downstairs a warm & open space for guests.

The two secondary bedrooms are also located downstairs alongside a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and updated fixtures. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other has a desk and twin size bed.

The primary suite is set apart on the second level of the home providing a private oasis for guests. It features a comfy king size bed and major beachy spa vibes.

In 2022, our family completely renovated and modernized the interior of the home. In 2023, we are planning exterior updates. We are constantly updating our properties as a labor of love and are grateful for your suggestions!

Round Rock Retreat House Rules **If you are booked for a Tuesday, please make sure to roll the trash/recycling bins from the side of the house to the curb Monday night or early Tuesday morning** Violation of any of the following rules will at owner discretion result in your immediate removal from the property with no refund. 1. Loud or aggressive behavior 2. Public intoxication 3. Use of illegal substances on the premises 4. Smoking inside. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of your butts. 5. Downloading any copyrighted or illicit material on our wifi 6. No more than 6 people are allowed on premises from 1am-8am. No more than 8 people allowed on the property at any one time. 7. You, as the booking individual, are responsible for your guests’ behavior and any damages they incur. 8. No undisclosed pets allowed on the property 9. No parties. Quiet times are between 9pm-9am on weekdays and 11pm-10am on weekends.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

We charge a security deposit that is due 1-day before your check in. There are two options for return: 1. We will return within 7 days of your departure if there is no damage to the home. 2. For multiple month stays, we can do a walk through before your final month and credit the deposit to your last month's rent.

We have a one-car garage, and an additional two cars can fit in the driveway. There is also street parking. Please be advised that the home is on a busy residential street.
