Great little 2-bed apartment set one block back from the Malecon. This is good because you don't get all the noise but are still close to everything. Appartment nice and clean and was even ready for me to arrive 1 hour early. Thank you

En general la estadía fue agradable, tuvimos un detallito de comunicación respecto a la atención de un desperfecto de la luz pero Elena siempre estuvo atenta, tal vez lo mejor sea poner un timbre para que no haya problemas con otros huéspedes y que la comunicación sea exclusiva entre ]Elena y los huéspedes para que no se preste a confusiones si ya se involucra a un tercero. El lugar es muy similar a como está en las fotos, hay áreas de mejora pero es funcional en todos los aspectos y la súper ventaja que tiene es la ubicación. Para mi la principal contra del lugar es que al parecer las paredes son muy delegadas entre un depa y otro porque se escucha claramente la música de los vecinos, si eres delicado para el ruido llévate unos tapones pero que de vdd sirvan porque entre los vecinos y el bar de arriba podrías no descansar.

Place was very clean the host gave her number and she answered right away however the air conditioner didn’t work from the day that we got there till the afternoon the day before we left. It was crazy humid. And I had to stay back from my group to allow the repair man in. Had the A/C worked the entire time it would have been a great stay.

Great location!!! It's doesn't get better than this for staying in Puerto Vallarta for the location, the beach and all the great restaurants are less than 5 min away. The building is older and on ground level but we never felt unsafe, we had the front door open everytime we were home and never had a problem. All of the furniture is brand new but it is an older building.

We stayed in Elena's apartment from mid January to mid February 2020, it is very comfortable, it has been completely renovated recently, very well located 2 blocks from the beach near restaurants bars and shops, we spent hours walking on the Malecon a very relaxing place with beautiful sunsets. when we contacted Elena the response was very quick. Refundable Damage Deposit

Refundable Damage Deposit
Upon check-out and your departure we will have a full inspection of the unit. If there are no damages, the inventory is up to date, no more than reasonable cleaning, and no excessive use of electricity (see below) then we will refund your deposit. Any repair or replacement cost should there be any damages or missing items or furnishings caused by you or your party during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit. If there is damage to the condo any lost revenues due to the condo not being able to be rented will also be deducted from your deposit.

If damage exceeds your deposit we will contact you. Should we be forced to pursue legal action to collect for damages above your deposit, the renter shall also be subject to repayment of all applicable legal expenses incurred by owner in its attempts to enforce this provision, including pre- and post-judgment interest.

The security deposit shall be refunded within seven (7) days of the Check-Out Date provided no deductions are made due to (but not limited to):
Damage to the property or furnishings, including dishes;
No missing items;
Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
Upon departure, condo keys and garage door opener are left;
No missing remote controls for television, air units, etc;
No linens or towels are lost or damaged;
There have been no pets on the premises;
There has been no smoking inside the unit or on the condo’s balconies;
There is no excessive power usage as outlined below;
There have been no violations of the Home Owner’s Association rules;
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by the property owner or representative;
There is no other costs incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay;

Electricity is a precious resource and is very expensive in Puerto Vallarta, Your rental has included 25 kwh per day. The remaining usage during your stay has a cost of $0.25 USD per kwh. Any usage beyond that stated above will be taken from your security deposit.
