Dolphina House is conveniently located in Pensacola's most central location, the historic East Hill neighborhood. The home offers lots of character! We are just minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, PCC, and 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, 2 Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away.There are 6 Parks close by, one with playground and one with Tennis Courts. We are Dog friendly with pre-approval. Crates are required. We offer Wifi, You Tube TV with a LED Smart TV, USB outlets for charging throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, all flatware, glassware and dinnerware. There's also a coffee station with Pod coffee maker plus a brewer. We provide some coffees and condiments, but you are welcome to bring your own. This home has lots of the character from the 30's with hardwood floors and nostalgic tile in the bathroom. All the bedrooms plus the living room have ceiling fans. There are also large closets, dressers, storage ottomans and luggage racks. Laundry is available, and there's also an ironing board and iron. A tankless water heater insures lots of hot water for showers. Outside you'll have use of a Privacy Fenced Backyard, Patio table and covered patio, yard and board games to enjoy.

Dogs are welcome but we can not host cats due to allergies. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

We also offer a beach package for rent, separate from the house. It includes 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a 16 Qt cooler on wheels, 2 sand pails, and 2 boogie boards for $40 rent for your entire stay. Please let me know if you'd like that and I'll have it delivered to the house before your arrival. Please let us know if you want this and it will be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. It is offered as an option in the fees section.

Monthly Rentals (28 Nights) require a $1000 refundable damage deposit and a $250 Cleaning Fee.

Wonderful

We stayed this summer and we booked it for my parents this month. Milli was a huge help! My parents had never rented a vacation home before and were very nervous. Milli was great about communicating with me and was even willing to meet my parents at the house when they arrived to walk them through things to make them feel mor comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at the home for over a month while we were waiting to move in our new house. First of all Milly and Doug were GREAT host! They were very flexible and responsive! They checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable and had all the essentials we needed during our stay. The location is amazing! Walking distance to multiple parks and the bayou. There are tons of restaurants, breweries, bakeries and shops close by! I highly recommend staying at this home!!

Home away from home!

This little house had everything we needed and in a great location. Molly and Doug are very thoughtful and easy to reach! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for the pups as well! Be aware that the house is “vintage” and some may complain that it’s dated. We loved the homey feel and the pics accurately describe the listing. Also some may care that there are no tvs in the bedrooms. Everything worked as expected and we would definitely stay here again! We loved the binder of recommendations and enjoyed trying many of the hot spots to eat! Thanks again!

Excellent home. Very clean inside and outside. The back yard area was very nice and peaceful. The location of the home was excellent. Close to many shopping areas, dining, airport, and the beach was a short drive. The hosts were great with communication and reaching out several times to make sure all was going well and asked if we needed any local suggestions.

This was a very comfortable, well stocked house. Milly and Doug were very responsive, and even brought over some things we needed right away. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a morning jog, and it was easy to get to the beach. A great house for a weekend family trip to the beach!

Milly & Doug’s place was absolutely wonderful. It felt like home. The home was well stocked for a family to cook and stay while we were waiting on our home to close. Reliably comforting and safe.

This was our second stay at the Dolphina House and we hope to return again on our next trip to Pensacola. Our experience with the owners, property, neighborhood and location has and continues to be exceptional. My wife is in town for a dog agility trial, and the backyard and the doggie blankets provided are great comfort to us and our special friend. The Dolphina never disappoints…

*** No Smoking of Any Kind on property

*** We are DOG friendly, no cats. Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick treatments. Max 2 dogs. 50 lb. max. $75 per Dog. Can not be on our insurance company's "dangerous dogs" list. You will need to bring a crate, and dogs must be kept in the crate in the Sunroom or Kitchen, when left without a human. Dog waste must be picked up daily, and placed in the garbage in tied bags.

*** Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Central Time or later. Entry Code will be sent to you shortly before check in.

*** Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Central Time or earlier. Late check outs are subject to additional fees.

*** No guest shall bring extra guest without editing your reservation through Air BNB, and receiving approval. For example: If reservation is for 4, only 4 people are allowed unless PRIOR approval is given. Fees and supplies are based on agreed upon initial reservations. Extra guests will be charged $25 per night per guest, if not approved in advance of your arrival. More than the house limit of 6 will subject your entire reservation to cancellation with no refund.

* You must be 21 to rent.

* Do not park or drive on the yard.

* Please respect neighbors privacy and avoid noise after 10:00 p.m.

* We have the house professionally sprayed for bugs every 6 weeks but this is Florida, and bugs happen. If you leave the doors or windows open bugs, insects and/or wildlife may enter the house. No refunds will be given for any of the above seen inside or outside.

* For your security, there is one security camera/recording device facing the driveway.

*We are eco-friendly and the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 and the Low Cool setting of 72.

* ONLY when the National Weather Service (NOAA) for the state of Florida declares your destination to be under a Hurricane WARNING, will a change in the cancellation policy be merited. Until such warning is issued, standard cancellation and change policies apply. If during your stay your destination becomes a threat, we reserve the right to issue a mandatory evacuation even prior to evacuations issued by our city or county officials. We hope we never have to do this!

*We highly encourage guest purchase Travel Insurance, as we follow our refund policies as stated.

* You may NOT receive mail at this property. There is a post office and a UPS Store within 2 miles of the house and boxes can be rented there.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be received 15 days in advance of your arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. IF booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that, except refundable damage deposit, if it has been paid.

We highly encourage guest purchase Travel Insurance, as we follow our refund policies as stated.
