Nice location and great for families
It had a perfect layout for us with 2 adult couples. The location was good. The beds werent super comfortable and having room darkening shades or curtains would have made it better.

Girls getaway!
Myself and two friends stayed at this property for five night for CMA fest. We very much enjoyed the condo and the neighborhood. We were close enough to downtown for CMAfest (about 10 minutes) via car, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful nights rest. I appreciated the gated parking garage and security of this property. There are quite a few stairs between the parking, first level with kitchen and half bath, to second and third floor bedrooms, but we liked having some separation to give everyone ample space. I would definitely come back for another fun Nashville trip!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to a concert in Nashville. The location was extremely close to both Nissan Stadium and Broadway which was very convenient. Everything was as described and perfect for our group. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Phillips Place! Everything was extremely clean and in working order. Great living space with plenty of room and full kitchen. Coffee in pods, grounds and beans, just like home. Mark and Erin we extremely responsive and accommodating. I recommend them and this facility to anyone…3rd bathroom a big plus! Thank you!

This Airbnb was perfect for our girls trip. The location was perfect - 8 min Uber to Broadway where we spent most of our time. There are 2 bedrooms each with king beds, pull out couch on the 1st and 3rd floor, and extra cots in both closets of the bedrooms when needed. The amount of stairs came as a bit of a surprise but was not a problem for us. If someone cannot use stairs, this property would not be a good fit. Mark was very responsive - we arrived 2 hours early and they changed the locks to allow us to get in which saved us so much downtime. Everything was as described, and we really enjoyed our trip!

There’s are a few things that needs to be addressed such as bedroom window was broken and covered by plywood . The couch seeps down when you sit. However Mark was not aware of the couch. I would still recommend this condo because Mark was so attentive. My daughter stayed in another unit and it was great . I stayed in Cashville unit. Thank you Mark and Erin I will definitely stay there again
