I will ALWAYS welcome you personally. Late check-ins are usually not a problem (sometimes I can offer an earlier check-in too) but I need to know and we need to agree on an arrival time.

House Rules

* Remember that this my home and not a hotel. * I appreciate very much respectful and considerate behavior. * No smoking (or strictly on balcony, door and windows closed). * No shoes in the house. Please take them off when entering the flat. Bring house slippers or use the flip-flops I provide. * No pets allowed. * Visitors or spouses only allowed if announced in advance and approved by me. If you break or loose something which is provided by me - replace or pay for it before you leave. Other than that we settle this via airbn resolution and billing center. In case the provided door and house key is lost or not returned at Check-out CHF 300 are to be payed for changing locks and new keys. (The high costs result from the fact that in that case unfortunately BUILDING locks have to be changed by a professional as the keys are registered.)Not suitable for children and infants

For the time being I can only accept bank transfer. But shortly credit cards will be accepted too.

Cancellation Policy

It is highly recommended that guest purchase their own trip cancellation insurance in case of sickness, emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, as NO REFUNDS will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area, or owner is able re-rent some of the dates.

IMPORTANT * Check-in time: I have stated as of 17:00 hrs/5pm as basic check-in time. But you still must indicate your arrival time to in order to check you in. It is vital and really VERY important to me to welcome and familiarize you with my home PERSONALLY. Therefore let me please repeat: it is a MUST to communicate and agree with me regarding your arrival time in order to avoid that you have to wait for me to be checked-in. * Check-out 12:00 I can only be flexible about check-out if cleaning and check-in of new guests match with your request.
