Welcome to “Disavillatee,” an upscale 5-bedroom, wheelchair-friendly, pet-friendly, family-friendly (and just overall friendly!) villa only 15 minutes from Disney World. With a tranquil garden setting in the Highlands Reserve community, and a private pool, there is no better place to call "home" after a day at the parks.
For a perfect evening, have a sunset BBQ on the huge, enclosed, bug-free pool deck and patio. We expanded the deck not once, but twice, adding spaces for both sun and shade—including an outdoor living area with its own Smart TV. It's a great spot to watch the kids splash in total comfort!

ACCESSIBILITY
We (Judy and Ivan) designed Disavillatee as our retirement dream home and adapted it for Ivan, who uses a wheelchair due to a progressive muscular disorder. Before our retirement, we’re delighted to offer our villa to guests who need a wheelchair-accessible homebase in Orlando. (We also welcome guests without wheels, of course!)

BED & BATH
Our design style at Disavillatee is "relaxed elegance." We want you to feel at home, but also enjoy some resort-inspired comforts. All of our bedrooms include high-quality mattresses and linens and their own Smart TVs. Choose from:
BEDROOM 1: Master suite with a wheelchair-height king bed and an ensuite, fully accessible bath with roll-in shower, shower wheelchair and seat, grab bars, accessible W/C and wash basin. This bedroom has enough space for a hospital bed should you need to rent one.
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed and adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo.
BEDROOM 3: Two twin beds overlooking the front yard.
BEDROOM 4: Two twin beds.
BEDROOM 5: Twin-over-full bunk bed and twin bed.
The last three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, which is also conveniently accessed from the pool deck.
OUR LOCATION
We're ideally situated in a coveted golf course community just 15 minutes from Disney World. The villa itself backs against a conservation area, which means no backyard neighbors to overlook your pool—aside from the birds and butterflies, of course!
