Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true OCEANFRONT unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Jacuzzies, Sport courts, Full Fitness Center, Play Areas, Snack Shack and Beach Bar Unit-205B

The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a full fridge with Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT. MUST BE 23 TO RENT

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $20 per vehicle gate fee that is only payable by credit/debit card. This fee grants parking access up to a week. If additional parking access is needed after 1 week there is an additional $20 fee for each additional week. This is a resort policy----------

We enjoyed our stay . It was a beautiful location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Robert was so very nice and extremely helpful. Responded to emails very quickly and was very helpful! Highly recommend!!

Robert's condo was everything promised and more. I'll admit, being a So Cal native and first time at the Atlantic Ocean and Myrtle Beach area I had no idea where to begin looking other than oceanfront and we really lucked out with staying here. Someone else had mentioned in a review and I agree...the pics are great but in person it is even more awesome! The thing I loved most about Robert's place was how it really felt like you were at your own cozy, clean, well maintained home. Everything needed to prepare food and drinks in-was there. Absolutely cannot beat the less than a minute walk to be on the beach, the view from the patio, or the ease of getting in and out. Parking was $20 and close by. The beds are comfy! The livingroom was nice for relaxing and watching a movie. Enjoyed watching ducks and turtles from the patio and also finishing off our late beach nights with relaxing on the patio hearing the karaoke fun at the Quarter Deck till 11pm. We'd love to come again! Thx!

This home is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN on the inside with beautiful ocean views outside!! It has everything you would need and want on vacation! Great location!! This will be my go-to place when I visit the beach again! I encourage you to check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!

Don’t hesitate to book this condo! It has everything you need, I had such an amazing stay at Roberts place. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s always something to do, we loved all the different pools at the resort, the restaurant and beach were only steps away, my son loved feeding the turtles and geese every morning. nothing beats the peace of waking up,watching the sun rise over the ocean while having your morning coffee right on your balcony ❤️ perfect location we didn’t need to leave the resort except for groceries and walmart is right across the street, Robert responded immediately with any questions, easy check in, very clean condo,and this will definitely be where I stay from now on when I visit Myrtle Beach, looking forward to coming back soon!

Definitely my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in!! You can't beat being able to hear the ocean 24/7, easy access to locations, and a well maintained place. I did not have a car during my stay and with the help of suggestions from Robert found it very easy to get around by foot and/or Uber if needed. Such a peaceful place!

Responsible party must be 23 to book. Front gate security will check ID. If the responsible party is not 23, or your ID doesn't match your booking name you will be denied access to our condo and will not be reimbursed any monies paid. Pets are not allowed unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided. Condo owners are not responsible for any amenities at the Myrtle Beach Resort that are not open or working. We have no control over when pools and equipment will be routinely maintained. There are no refunds because of amenities not being open. BIKE WEEK DATES: May 12-21, 2023, Spring Rally May 26-29, 2023, Atlantic Beach Bike Fest October 2-8, 2023, Fall Rally Please be aware that it is very busy on the main drag of Myrtle Bach during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest. Some parking on the resort will be dedicated to bike parking but should not hinder parking availability.
