Great location near all attractions. 1.3 miles to Main Street bridge and 1.5 to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Very spacious. 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.
Please note due to hurricane damage only one pool is open. There is direct access to the beach via stairs.
No pets
Storm update! The sea wall sustained damage so only one pool is operational. The beach access and stairs were destroyed. There is access via lots north and south of building. Please check self check in instructions on how to access beach and pool.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.
Parking pass for 1 vehicle.

Big bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Living room with sleeper sofa (broken at the moment) air mattress provided until it’s fixed and full bathroom.

No drugs, parties, no smoking, no loud noise after quiet hours or extra guests staying without preauthorization. There will be a fee if you stay past checkout time without prior arrangements or if you enter before check in time. There will be a 200 fee if there is evidence of a pet. If it is a service dog please provide documentation. Please try to not leave dirty dishes and food around as it may attract vermin. Please leave AC thermostats on 78 degrees. There will be a 200 fine is smoking of anything is found. 11pm is quiet time . There will be a 100 fine If any loud noise Is complained about from neighbors & possible police report. I do not allow third party bookings it will be canceled. No unauthorized guests. The amount on the booking must be the amount that stays. During your stay we request that you please let us know of any problems, breakages, difficulties with the rental right away so we can address the issue asap.
