☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning; they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so its natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if youd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. The property offers privacy and flexibility, so you don’t need to worry about noise complaints, making it a great spot for lively gatherings. While we love furry friends, the neighborhood isn’t ideal for walking dogs, and the home is best suited for adults rather than families with young children. This vibrant, diverse community is perfect for those looking to celebrate and enjoy the energy of Palm Springs!
