Perfectly nestled in a great neighborhood, with no rear neighbors, the Tupelo Villa is minutes away from world-class golf courses, Disney theme parks, Sea World, water parks, local attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful weather that central Florida is famous for!
This house is new to the short-term rental market, is owner managed for the best service, and has all-new Ashley furniture throughout, premium mattresses and bedding, new arcade games in the loft, and new amenities within!
We also stay in it ourselves, from time-to-time, to ensure that it sleeps and plays the way that any family or group of friends would want it to. It's an amazing house, and we love it every time we're there!
We've found that the sun sets perfectly over the trees toward the rear of the property while sitting at the patio table (drink in hand optional, but recommended) after a day in the sun of central Florida. We also learned that you can watch space shuttles launch from the pool - look east (jacuzzi side) of the pool during launches, and you can catch one! Tune into various launch and listen websites to find launch schedules and listen to the countdown sequence.
The Tupelo Villa is the perfect spot for making memories with family and friends!

Hurry & book! John and Ashley’s place felt like home for my group of 15. The kids really enjoyed waking up & getting right in pool. Movie night in the living room was a blast! The rooms were spacious & comfortable. They provided soft blankets in every room! 10-15 min drive to grocery store & multiple food options. I recommend getting heat for pool! It gets windy in Florida & the heated pool will go great with the wind. I would book with John and Ashley again!!!

Really nice home with great hosts

This house was just as described and in a nice neighborhood. The pool & hot-tub were especially enjoyable as were the video games. The best part of our experience was the really terrific communications with the hosts. They were speedy in their responses to questions and went out of their way to accommodate our non-standard requests which made our vacation so very enjoyable.

Spacious & extremely usable layout; very clean; well maintained home perfect for large group getaways. Villa is centrally located to theme parks, restaurants, & shopping. Host was very responsive. Would stay in this villa again without question! Only tweak to be made in our minds is kitchen could use a few more essentials for cooking. Overall superb stay!

I really can’t say enough about the communication and experience we had with John and Ashley! They were incredibly responsive and helpful and went above and beyond with any request we had! Place is exactly as described - so comfortable for our family trip of 3 generations. I loved the downstairs master for my limited mobility parents. The kids loved the upstairs rooms- my teen nieces shared the two double room which was perfect. And my three boys (two teens and a tween) shared the bunk room. Jack and Jill bathrooms for a few of the rooms was fun. Pool was great for unwinding and cooling off. There is an excellent fan above the pool which helped my mom stay cool while she enjoyed watching her grandkiddos play in the pool. House was clean. Furnishings are simple but very nice. No clutter in the house which was great! John was amazing at communicating from before we arrived thru our departure.

Highway 27 is just outside of the neighborhood. Just about everything you need is on this road. Publix is 3 minutes away, and there is an abundance of dining and shopping options within minutes. All of the big attractions are also close by with multiple routes to get you there.

This helps our cleaning team to efficiently prepare the home for the next family in the same way that the previous guest(s) did for you. This is a large house, and we do try hard to ensure that you don't have to wait any longer than necessary to check in. A house this size can take 5 hours to clean. So, we do ask for, and appreciate, this small step before you leave this, your temporary home, to head back to your permanent home.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 30+ days in advance for full refund. Cancel within 30 days, and 50% refund.
Cancel 14 days or less and no refund.
Holiday high-season bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled 60 days in advance. This is to prevent people "holding" listing. It includes Memorial day weekend, the week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving week, Easter/Spring break week, and the week leading up to new year's day.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING SPACES:
This home includes a Pack n' Play crib so that you can place it in any bedroom that you need.
The chair in the downstairs master converts to a pull-out sleeper. We also include a twin blow-up mattress for those that need a flexible space. (None of these are counted in total sleep space in the listing. We only count actual beds. These are just extras.)
