Ray and Nanette Borges welcome you to our little piece of paradise, nestled in a cove, overlooking four mountain ranges. Our cabin is located in the heart of the Western North Carolina mountains, just a few minute's drive from the Smoky Mountain National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Maggie Valley.



At an elevation of 3600 feet, you’ll enjoy the cool mountain breezes from your own front porch swing or rocker. The peace and quiet will overwhelm you year after year. Yet, the convenience of all of the area’s beauty and attractions are at your leisure.



The cabin is tastefully decorated, with full kitchen and amenities. A gas log fireplace and air conditioner ensure your total comfort. The cabin includes refrigerator, stove/oven, satellite and TV, free wireless Internet, microwave, washer and dryer, linens, BBQ grill, picnic table, and campfire pit. Dogs are welcome, but a pet fee is required.

House Rules
• If extra occupants are found to be staying in the cabin, you will be subject to immediate eviction from the cabin, per North Carolina State Statutes. • There will not be any refunds due to weather, malfunctioning equipment, or early departures. We do our best to keep all appliances and amenities, such as TVs, DVD players, fireplaces, and grills, in working order. If something should break, we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible during normal working hours. Please inform us of any problems with the cabin as soon as you arrive. • Do not rearrange any furniture. • You will be responsible for any damages to the property that occur during your stay and/or extra cleaning fees incurred due to the cabin not being left as originally found. You will need to wash and put away all dishes. You will, also, need to remove all trash from the cabin and dispose in county designated dumpsters. See instructions on refrigerator for directions.

Payment Policy
50% reservation deposit required at time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
