Top-floor unit in Decatur House. Direct ocean front unit with miles of unobstructed ocean/beach views. Sleeps up to 5 guests (*** 3 ADULTS MAX***), with two full-size beds in bedroom, and queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen with oven/range, dishwasher & microwave. Stack washer & dryer.

5th floor elevation. Close enough for people-watching, far enough above for private, peaceful enjoyment of the view. And what a view it is! Beach, boats & the boardwalk...all for your enjoyment.

Building has indoor pool (open Memorial Day thru September) for use regardless of weather conditions. One reserved parking spot close to building and elevator. Just park your car for the week and go! Everything is within a short walk. Bike rentals across 12th Street. Boardwalk tram stop right in front of building. City bus stop at 12th & Baltimore can take you anywhere in Ocean City.

Building has storefronts on first floor, including pizza, sundries and a Subway. Multiple restaurants, shopping & nightlife options within 3 blocks of the building.

Guests provide own linens & towels.

Awesome location right on the boardwalk! We were there in the winter, so the condo complex was largely empty, but the view was incredible and the place is very comfortable to relax in. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at Gary's place for a week, we just got home and we're already missing it (a sign of a great vacation). We decided to take a much needed break from our very busy work lives and head to one of our favorite destinations, Ocean City MD. It was our first time traveling since Covid, it's pretty late in the season, and we hadn't stayed at this particular location before. Honestly, weren't sure what to expect. For starters, Gary went above and beyond to prep us for our stay. He mailed an informative welcome letter, parking passes, and even checked in with me the day we arrived just to make sure everything went well. His communication and customer service skills were outstanding, especially in a day and age where transactions like this have become more and more automated. His messages were a welcome personal touch and very much appreciated by my wife and I. On to the place itself. Oceanfront condo with a panoramic view of the entire beach. Had that been the only positive aspect that alone probably would have been enough for us but thankfully there was more. While cozy in size Gary's place offered all the amenities we needed. An oven, stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer made up the kitchen. The bathroom served its purpose and had great hot water (better than home, actually). The bedroom featured two beds, dressers, and a large closet. The common area had a nice couch, tv, a small dinning table, and sliding glass doors leading to that spectacular view. We spent a fair amount of time out on the balcony taking in the sun, playing Uno, and just enjoying the perfect weather. We really lucked out, for this time of year to be predominantly sunny and in the mid-70's was a gift. We were pleasantly surprised to find most of the restaurants on the boardwalk open this time of year, especially given the pandemic. Every place we went to exercised safety, cleanliness, and good common sense. At no point did we feel like our health was being put into jeopardy. We spent most the week simply relaxing and Gary's place enabled us to do just that. We didn't need to fuss around with anything in the condo, everything worked the way it should which allowed us to focus on the thing that mattered most - spending quality time together. We would certainly stay at Gary's place again, no doubt about it!

We had a great stay at Gary’s place. Apartment is on the 5th floor ( there is an elevator) with balcony overlooking the boardwalk ( very quiet though, couldn’t hear any of the boardwalk noise). Best location; you’re right on the beach and Walking distance to all restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, mini golf etc. You get two reserved parking spots in the back of the building. when it comes to apartment itself, you’ll find comfortable beds, basic cooking items, pots and pans, plates, hair dryer and some extras like beach toys for the kids. Gary was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Overall very good experience.

Gary’s place is terrific! In roughly the center of the boardwalk, it’s close to everything and conveniently located above a few quick food options and a convenience store. Also quite close to several restaurants. Great beach views and access. I actually had some of the best sunrises I’ve seen in years during my stay. The place itself has a good size balcony for those sunrises and all the people watching you desire. It was decorated nicely and was equipped with everything you might need during your stay - including in the kitchen. Would happily stay again when I visit Ocean City again.

We had a wonderful time staying here over the Memorial Day weekend. Gary was a wonderful host and responded quickly to all of my questions. The apartment was in a great location - overlooking the beach and around the midpoint of the boardwalk. It was just close enough to all the boardwalk activity, but removed from the noisy areas. Restaurants were still closed to dine-in service, but we enjoyed delicious take away food and cocktails from several spots, including newly opened Coastal Salt, which provided wonderful service. The apartment also had a fully equipped kitchen and cable TV so we could stay in when we wanted. It was a welcome getaway after 3 months of staying home during Covid.

I travel quite a bit to OC, particularly during off season when there are no crowds. Gary’s place is a perfect spot in the south end for a comfortable getaway, and it even has everything you need in the kitchen - I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal! Gary’s condo is nearly at the half-way point of the boardwalk, which gives you a fantastic alternative for a sand-free walk along the ocean. From Gary’s place to either end of the boardwalk is roughly a bit more than one mile (one-way). Just keep in mind that nearly no boardwalk shops are open as you get closer to November, so you should bring your own food to cook unless you don’t mind driving uptown to eat (BJ’s on the Water is a great local’s spot at 75th that stays open off season) or across the 50 bridge. (The 50 bridge is super close and I came across two local gems on the southwest side (The Shark (pricey), and the Surfside Rooster)). Finally, for you sunrise lovers, during my visit, the sun rose almost directly in front of Gary’s condo. For you sunrise haters, Gary’s got great blackout curtains.

Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
