Apreciamos el impecable trabajo de Rosemary en la limpieza, que contrastó con la falta de atención de Maria ante la incomodidad generada por los ruidosos y descuidados vecinos. Aunque Maria fue amable, notamos que la situación la superó y a veces no respondía a nuestras necesidades a tiempo. El frío en la habitación fue un desafío, incluso con la calefacción funcionando irregularmente. Las condiciones generales, como la falta de WiFi durante casi una semana y los cortes de luz en el baño y la cocina, afectaron nuestra estancia. A pesar de las incomodidades, agradecemos la hospitalidad de Maria, pero sentimos que podría haber sido más atenta en algunos momentos críticos.

The 3a unit (the room) is an ok place to stay in NYC, given the location. However, if you are only looking for a place to sleep at night - this is not it because the bed was extremely springy and made a lot of noise. We could not have a good night sleep at all. Everything else is perfect, worth the money, location, communication. But I think the bed is pretty big deal for anybody who is booking a room in an Airbnb.

Very helpful caretaker, responsive and responsible host. The neighbourhood was good and convenient. The apartment was also nice with a good location. 5 minutes walk to the nearest station. With a reasonable price, worth every penny.
