Luxury Cabin w/ 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2,239 sqft w/ Spa & Outdoor living. Open w/ lots of natural light in this home. Rustic knotty pine walls, post & beam construction, massive rock fireplace in the spacious great room. Kitchen w/ open-faced cabinets, pot rack, island work center. 2 beds on main level, 1 w/ ensuite bath. Master retreat in loft w/ beautiful bath complimented by clawfoot tub, shower & slate floor. Inviting covered outdoor living space w/ another fireplace, dining & sitting areas.

Less than 2 hours from the Valley, it doesn't take a full days commitment to get to Pine. This is a very warm and friendly atmosphere perfect for a relaxing weekend retreat or more. Garage is set up as a game room with a Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table and a Foosball table for your enjoyment. Garage also has a 1/2 bath to service game room and outdoor patio space.

Pine is a charming and relaxed Arts and Crafts community that's part of the Rim Country, and just 98 miles from Phoenix. It's located right in the middle of the Tonto National Forest, the nation's 5th largest national forest and the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines.

Pine's cool & mild climate enjoys four seasons. There are many recreational activities, festivals, and numerous annual events which add to the area's popularity. Its thousands of acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and immaculate facilities create a serene environment for those seeking to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Elk and deer come right up to the property. There are many birds, squirrels, and chipmunks that live on and/or visit the property daily.

House Rules

- Quiet hours after 10 pm (Sound travels far in the forest)
- Pets are billed at $75 each per stay (Max 2) and you must have prior approval. Immediate loss of security deposit if Pet is brought onto the property without approval.
-EV Car Charger only available for use with Reservation made through EVMatch site or APP.
- Guest are asked to clean out fireplace embers/ashes upon vacating so we know there are no hot embers remaining in fireplaces.
-Traveler must be at least 24 and remain with the property the entire rental period.
-Travelers must NOT be on the National Sex Offender Registry (Gila County Restriction)
-Must clean the BBQ inside and out if you use it.
-No Drugs, No Smoking
-Security code will "automatically" expire within 30 minutes of check out time.
-Use Spa/Hot Tub at your own risk. If you overflow the water from the hot tub and damage is caused by low or high water levels, you will be held responsible to repair. Please do not run hot tub with low water levels (below filter opening) or high water levels (at/above LED Lights/Pillows).

Travelers must load and run the dishwasher, clean out ashes from both fireplaces if used (no hot coals left), Clean BBQ if used. Pick up Pet Waste & clean up messes made by pets or children. Maximum of 2 Dogs total, No Cats or other pets. Pets are $75 ea per stay w prior approval only. Travelers with no reviews must provide ID at time of reservation. There are security cameras protecting the exterior of the home. No Camera's are inside the cabin or near Hot Tub.
