Response:Dave, we found no problems with the plumbing or hot tub after your stay. There were no plumbing leaks. Did the kids overflow the tub? We're sorry the hot tub was at 98 deg instead of 100 when you arrived. It was still warming up do to a fast guest turnover. You confirmed that the hot tub was at 100 deg. the 2nd day. At the end of your stay, the cleaners found that the hot tub settings had been changed to make it kick into standby mode. We're glad you enjoyed the cabin despite these issues. Lora

Free parking. There is room for 1 mid to large vehicle or for 2 subcompact vehicles. There are 2 additional community parking spaces off to the side of the driveway about 30 ft. from the entry--first come first serve. Additional vehicles can park off to the side of the gravel entry road below.

Beautiful well maintained cabin! We enjoyed both decks relaxing at night. The kitchen was well stocked and has lots of space for dining. The game room was a hit with all ages in our group, “frogger” was a blast from the past. Thank you for a wonderful trip we looking forward to booking again.

Lora went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. There was a change to the original plan and understandable things unforeseen that come up from time to time but she definitely went out of her way to make our stay a good one. Lora was a fantastic host, kind, attentive and very quick response time. Unfortunately, some plumbing problems with upstairs tubs both leaking, again not her fault and she responded immediately once we contacted her. The hot tub was cooler as well, and suspect a possible heater issue that needs to be repaired as well. Overall, we would rate our experience as very positive as the unit was clean with lots of space for my two grandchildren, daughter/son-in-law, and my wife and I. Lora was always pleasant and helpful and excellent to work with!

A beautiful, peaceful place with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Extremely close to the Sevierville Convention Center and other restaurants and attractions.

Dancing Bear Cabin is quiet, clean, spacious and as promised - a relaxing place. It is very near the all the area attractions. The cabin is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the Smokey Mountains. Lora was very nice, easy and accessible in all communications and very friendly. I would definitely come again!

Very clean and really close to the Convention center for our volleyball tournament. It’s a convenient cabin that feels far from the city. We enjoyed our stay.
