Owner managed with care and detail, we specialize in providing not just a house to rent but an all out experience! 6 Blocks to ISU campus, 5 minute drive to Carle/Bromenn hospital or Uptown Normal and 10 minutes to Rivian.

You will seamlessly access the home by a Yale smart lock. Your unique code will be sent by email when you book as well as the day before. Please save this information so you have it on check in day. This is the safest and most secure way to access a short term rental (No keys to manage or get copied!).

Items to note: Dogs above 30 Lbs are not allowed in the pool. Doing so may forfeit your deposit. There are security cameras on-site located at the front door, pool equipment and the backyard area including the pool and hot tub. These devices are solely for security purposes and are not monitored, do not rely on them for personal safety. This home is equipped with devices that monitor the environment inside and outside the property (including noise levels, temperature, smoke air quality) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. This does not record sound as our guests privacy is key. Tampering with any security device will unfortunately be cause for immediate cancellation with no refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
