The Tiny Modern Magnolia Retreat is located behind the main house & recently re-designed to create the ultimate Lubbock Airbnb experience! The use of raw wood, neutral textiles, and natural greenery breathe life into the space creating a rustic, cozy, & relaxed atmosphere. Private patio accompanied by outdoor seating, plants & privacy for you to enjoy some quality time outdoors comfortably. Perfect little getaway for one or two to comfortably enjoy!
COVID 19 PROCEDURE: We are taking the exposure of Covid-19 seriously and are going the extra mile to professionally deep clean our guest house to provide a great safe and clean place for our guests! Entire guest house with a quaint living room and private outdoor patio. The queen-sized bed is topped with memory foam making it super comfortable. You’re sure to have the best nights sleep! Talk about the perfect location! Minutes from TTU, UMC, and downtown Lubbock. If you’re traveling for business or a couple, The Tiny Modern Magnolia Retreat is THE place for you. Getting around

It’s an unbeatable, short 3-minute drive to the Texas Tech and Lubbock High, restaurants, boutiques & Lubbock nightlife. Plus, only a few minutes drive to UMC, the Depot District, downtown, & 13 minutes from the airport. Free street parking on premise directly in front of the main house. There's also a small parking area in the back next to the guest house which may be accessed through the back ally. Please note that the ally & parking area are dirt, not paved. When rain is present, it will be muddy. We do not generally recommend parking in the back, but please do whichever is most convenient for you.

If evidence is found or detected on our smoke detector system, you will be charged $200. - Charges for damages & broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case-by-case basis. Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Same as Airbnb Policy: Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee. No refunds within 6 days, only cleaning fee is refunded.
