It’s an unbeatable, short 3-minute drive to the Texas Tech and Lubbock High, restaurants, boutiques & Lubbock nightlife. Only 4-minute walk to a plaza that has a great local coffee shop, a cute tea room, a delicious pizza parlor, and a grocery store. Plus, only a few minutes drive to UMC, the Depot District, downtown, & 13 minutes from the airport. There's also a nice park located within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. Free street parking on the premise directly in front of the guest house.

- NO SMOKING. If evidence is found or detected on our smoke detector system, you will be charged $200. - Charges for damages & broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges are non-negotiable & are as follows: - $200 Fee If Guest Smoked Inside Property - $60 Replacement Duvet Fee - $65 Replacement Sheet Set Fee (including pillowcases) - $10 Towel Replacement Fee (per towel) - $20 Replacement Throw Blanket Fee - $25 Fee Per Unregistered Guest - $100 Fee Per Unregistered Pet * Furniture damage, including rugs, will be charged based on the level of additional cleaning services needed and/or cost of replacement. *No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)

Payment Policy

100% Payment is due with 35 days of reservation, system will cancel if not paid 30 days before reservation check in date.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Same as Airbnb Policy: Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee.

Notes

Please note that we are in the process of scheduling getting a driveway poured for the guest house to make parking and entering the property more convenient. In the meantime, know that the neighborhood is safe and street parking is very common.
