The house is super quiet and comfortable. Its equipped with your linens, pots and pans, and to your stay comfortable. We do require that stays longer than 2 weeks that the house is cleaned by our cleaner every other week. We do have a Ring Doorbell the front door.
The house is situated a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Its super close to everything yet out the and bustle.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guests will receive an access code for the front door to gain access to the property. This will be messaged to the guest prior to check in.

House Rules

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, washing and putting away dishes, washing towels, and keeping the house tidy. If you're staying for a longer term the cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no more than 6 people staying. Trash to be taken out every Thursday night and put at the curb and recycling every other Wednesday. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) No smoking No pets No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

We allow a full refund up to 21 days prior to arrival. This allows us the ability to rebook the property. If you need to cancel outside of that window we will offer a full refund if the property is able to be rebooked for your dates of stay.

The house is a great place that's out of The hustle and bustle of town. There's no parties, no loud music, just nice and quiet and relaxing.
