The guesthouse Cute & Cozy is adjacent to the main house (owner lives) and has its own entrance. Located in central Florida, between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland and Peppa Pig theme park, 10 minute or so walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location for Floridas amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west.The guesthouse is detached from the main house with your own living quarters including kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living space, and private enclosed patio. Backyard and laundry room are shared with owners.
Quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to a shopping plaza located on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Not a lot of foot traffic, we do have normal residential traffic.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM (self check-in) I will send you a keycode to the door before you arrive. Door automatically locks 30 seconds of closing. Keycode expires at noon day of your check out

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

There is a twin size air mattress in addition the queen size bed. We have a nice house manual with information about the amenities, places to go and eat, sight seeing, etc We take cleanliness and pest control very seriously and assure you the home is treated regularly and thoroughly. However, Florida is home to many varieties of bugs that could appear outside or inside the home particularly depending on weather, and doors being left open. Although this is unusual, we want you to be prepared. There’s bug spray in the cabinet under the sink”
