“The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!”
Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough great things about this condo. Perfect location, perfect amenities. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING — if I forgot anything, they had it stocked. Nancy was an amazing contact to have, she was responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. I wish I had some constructive criticism to give but I really don’t, everything was absolutely perfect.

“Highly recommend!”
We were the host's very first guests at this charming condo, and we were thoroughly impressed! The place was sparkling clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The updated bathrooms felt luxurious, and the adjustable king-size Tempurpedic bed in the master bedroom was a dream come true – so comfortable!

Another huge plus was the direct beach access. Plus, having two pools in the complex was a great bonus for cooling off after a day in the sun.

We especially appreciated the clear communication from the host. We felt well-prepared for our stay and had no trouble finding the condo or settling in.

Overall, this condo is a perfect beach getaway for couples or families. We highly recommend it!

House Rules
There is a maximum occupancy of 6 can occupy the condo. Please do keep wristbands on during your stay. Outside doors should be closed and secured. Departure time is 10am on check out day, all we ask is that you dispose of trash and any food items in fridge or cabinets and place in outside trash chute. Please wash, dry & put away any used beach towels and start dishwasher.

Photo ID: Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and guest must occupy the condo for the entire length of stay. A pic of your government-issued ID will be required within 24 hours after booking and instructions for remitting will be given. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
