The home is three levels with the kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main level, and three bedrooms, two additional bathrooms on the lower level, one bedroom with private bath on the 2nd level. You enter the home through the front door or garage on the main level.

Shuttle – The Breckenridge shuttle route is located 0.2 miles (approximately 2 blocks) on Ski Hill Road next to the Nordic Center

Guest have access to the entire home (with the exception of a few owners closets), laundry, and heated garage.
The washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms.
Uber and Lyft are a short ride to town.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude. There is also little to no humidity at this altitude. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
