Our first time in Breckenridge, we spent five days here on a family ski vacation. So many great things to say: 1. Location: debating between staying in town vs. near the ski lift, I am SO thankful we picked near the lifts! The location is divine. It couldn't be any closer to Independence Super Chair on Peak 7. You literally walk out the door, maybe 20 feet and voila, you are at the lift! Peak 7 was perfect for our level of skiing; lots of blue runs. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The gondola stop is mere steps away; super easy to take the gondola to Peak 8 or into town. 2. Amenities: hot tubs (2 of them) are perfectly situated so you can soak while watching all the skiers come down the slopes. The fitness center was clean with great machines. The great room on the 1st floor had floor to ceiling windows facing the slopes and a pool table. It was never crowded and very cozy. 3. Condo itself: exactly as pictured. Plenty of towels, kleenex and other touches.

We had been coming to Breckenridge for over a decade, and we absolutely love it! We moved to Colorado from Detroit almost a decade ago and Breckenridge has quickly become our home.

From our first trip to Colorado in 1993, we knew this was a special place. Managing this home, and our entire portfolio of home for various owners allows us to share this special place, Breckenridge, with so many people. Trip after trip we learned that each season brings so many memories, we hope you start making those memories as well with the homes we manage.
