Crowe's Nest, Lakefront Near Golf & Fort Bragg - Sanford

- A signed rental agreement and copy of ID is required to complete the reservation.
- Must be at least 21 to book (AD military please message host for exception).
- A gate pass is required to enter the community. Drivers license, vehicle information and license plate number for each vehicle are required on the rental agreement.
- We love pets! However, pets are allowed upon approval only & considered on case by case basis. There is a $50 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet. Please contact owner for approval before booking. There is no fence and pets must be on a leash when outside per HOA rules. Violations of this may result in fines from the HOA which will be passed on to the renter.
- $199 cleaning and laundry fee required for all stays. For longer stays, additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.
- Our private gated community has a community code which all guests must agree to follow (speed limit 25 mph, noise restrictions, etc.).
- Our home is perfect for visiting with family. However, parties and events are not allowed. Per person fee applies for more than 6 guests, unless waived by host in advance.
- Home is located on a lake. Guest agrees to be responsible for safety of children and occupants in the lake and in the home. Booking assumes you understand water hazards and hold harmless the host or community.
- No smoking! Smoking is not allowed inside the property, on balconies or decks/porches. This includes cigarettes/cigars/pipe tobacco, marijuana, and vaping. Additional cleaning fee of up to $200 will apply if evidence of smoking.
- Check-in is anytime after 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM.
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
