Pool has solar pool heating set for 87 degrees.. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake. Near shopping and restaurants. Place will be all to yourselves.High ceilings, with lots of space to relax. We spend most of our time in the Florida room watching the ducks or by the pool. Jetted Tub in master bath. We keep our home immaculately clean for our guests. House is all electric.

We are only a 5 minute walk to the movie theater. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Cliff and Sue provided a safe and clean home for my family and I to stay during our trip to Florida. The owners went above and beyond to even offer a highchair. I fell in love with the house and its surroundings. I would definitely recommend this home for your Florida vacations and I would love to stay here again on my future travels to Florida.

We enjoyed our stay, but they weren't local and had other people taking care of things, which is totally fine, but we had to ask twice for somethings that we ran out of before we actually got it. The biggest complaint was the fact that the pool was warm when we got there, but after the second day it was cold and that was a real disappointment. The pool guy forgot to turn the heat back on after he filled it.

Response:Sorry that your stay wasn't up to your standards but we do not offer concierge service. All your issues were handled well under 24 hrs. It was unfortunate that the pool man left the system off. We had them go back out as soon as you notified us and turn it back on. Again safe travels!

We had a wonderful time at Cliff and Sue’s house. It was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for on a vacation. The location was close to many of the attractions that we wanted to visit. Cliff immediately responded to several issues that we inquired about and resolved them quickly. We will definitely rent again when an opening is available.

we had a really nice stay here 🙂 the house was very comfortable, and i am dying to know what kind of mattress is in the master bedroom because my husband and i NEED to buy our own! we loved the pool with the view of the pond, and feeding the muscovy ducks. my only complaint would be with whoever cleans this place between guests. when we arrived an hour after our check in time, the cleaning lady was still there cleaning the kitchen/mopping/vacuuming, with her belongings strewn all over the house, so we were not able to begin to settle in until almost two hours after our check in time. she also didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning - there were food stains all over the kitchen surfaces, a lot of the dishes/utensils had been put away still wet and/or dirty, the refrigerator was full of old, smelly leftovers, the trash can was overflowing under the sink…. i see other complaints about the cleaning people, so maybe it’s time to explore another option? thank you for hosting us!

Loved staying here! It was a great location as we were there for a lacrosse tournament and the house was close to both of our venues. We loved having the pool and a view of the little pond. We especially like watching all of the wildlife.

A door code will be provided before your arrival. The door code will only be valid between check-in date and time and check-out date and time. Usually the last 4 digits of your phone #. Checking in is as simple as 1,2,3.
1. When you arrive at the front door, simply touch the screen on the door lock and 2 numbers will appear.
2. Press those 2 numbers and the entire screen will light.3. Enter your 4-digit code.
No losing keys ever!
Your code will become available for use at 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival.
Whenever you leave you can lock the door by pressing the lock icon on the keypad.
We are notified when door is unlocked for check-in and no check-in notification is needed at the time of arrival.

No pets
Even though we do not accept pets, service animals (No Therapy Pets) are welcome. They must have a current vaccination record and can not be left alone in the unit for any reason. Strictly enforced and can result in your reservation being canceled without refund.
Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Renters below 25 years of age will need to get prior approval from the owners before any booking would be accepted.

4 adults with up to 2 children , 1 infant.
We have pack-n-play crib & high chair.

We sanitize our place with ozone that kills 99.999% of all known germs and viruses after each guest.
If more guests stay than what is on the booking will result in the reservation being canceled with no refunds.
No glass allowed in pool area.
Quiet after 10 pm.
Responsible for any damages.
Optional maid service is available. (Maid service is mandatory if stay is more than 2 weeks paid by host for general cleaning only. No linen service at that time.)
No access to master walk in closet, storage cabinet or garage.
Please remove you shoes upon entering.
NO PARTIES, events or gatherings at the property. Any party will result in the reservation being canceled immediately with no refund other than what is pre-approved. There is a "Minut" party monitor in the house, that monitors noise levels and number of people. No audio recording.
No renters under the age of 25.
Be sure that you reservation has the correct amount of guests staying.
Please no animals of any kind, owner has severe allergies that could be life threatening. (owner lives in property when not booked)
Service Animals must be with guest at all times and not left in the unit alone for any reason.
No smoking or vaping anything!

Payment Policy
We accept most credit and debit cards. Reservation is not guaranteed for entry if balance is not paid in full before arrival. Final payment due 30 days before arrival or 24 hrs of booking if under 30 days to arrival. Payments are made to Clifford Craig. If payments are made through PayPal, then payments will be made to QWKsilver Entertainment.

Security deposit will be via credit card hold with card#, expiration date and security code.
No lock code will be released until the rental agreement is signed and a copy of ID is provided.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Deposit covers a broken or missing items and damage to any part of the property or furnishings. Also would cover extra unauthorized guest fees over 4 guests or cleaning if guests leave the accommodation in poor order. Guests shall report any damage or breakage during the stay. All deposits will be returned upon departure assuming there are no damages. No deposit at this time.

If cancelled 14 days before arrival there will be no refunds unless the space re-books before dates.
Notes
There are security cameras outside the home. One in front of the home, one on the north side pool equipment and one on the south-side of the home on filtration system. There is also a camera in the garage that is off limits to guests. They record both Audio and Video when triggered by motion (24/7). By booking our place you are giving permission to record the exterior front and side-yards of the home.
