Nestled between Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, you are in the ideal location within just a few minutes of the Smoky Mountain National Park, Hiking, Horseback riding, great restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Plus all of the sightseeing that you can possibly do. And after all of that excitement, take a moment to soak in the hot tub before settling down in front of the fireplace!
Less than 5 miles away from Pigeon Forges main Parkway and within a 15-minute drive to Gatlinburg, youll find the perfect location at Rise n Shine—an elegant Log Cabin situated in the picturesque Smoky Mountain Ridge Resort. Forget about steep and frightening hills—this cabin ensures a comfortable stay. Immerse yourself in scenic waterfalls and hiking adventures or indulge in shopping in Pigeon Forge, exploring Smoky National Park, and discovering Downtown Gatlinburg. Inside, youll enjoy the convenience of 3 TVs, a hot tub, a fireplace, a Jacuzzi, a DVD library, and more. The cabin features a king-size bed, two full beds in the loft area, and a sofa sleeper, accommodating various sleeping arrangements. Outside there is a hot tub that you will have access to. Located approximately 5 miles from Pigeon Forges main Parkway, it boasts the ideal location—close to everything yet providing a secluded atmosphere. Best to have a car but you can park it and grab the cool trolley car anywhere along the way to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! Its a cool way to hitch a ride and avoid traffic!!

Here is your check-in information for your arrival tomorrow: -Check-in any time after 4 pm and the check out time is 10 am -The address is 3139 Smoky Ridge Way, Sevierville TN 37862 -Door code is 2384. Also, when you leave, you can press the lock icon to lock the door. -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: -Wifi network name: HOME-555B-2.4 -Wifi password: fifty7704happen Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! ***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags . You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

Notes

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. The bedroom does not have a door. All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
