Step in and gaze out the large windows through the pines to Blue Jay Bay. Beautiful, tastefully renovated mountain getaway, in the treetops, near lake & close enough to walk to town for breakfast and coffee! Come to the mountains, explore nature, swim at the lake and recharge.

San Bernadino's current health department ordinance as of May 15, 2020 allows short term rentals to members of immediate households who will follow social distancing practices while vacationing.We always welcome guests to a sparkling clean environment. With the current world climate we are paying special attention to all surfaces and high frequency areas such as knobs and handles in between guests. Please be assured all linens and towels are freshly washed for each guest. Guests are limited to families and households that have been sheltering together.

This renovated cabin has been thoughtfully redone to include all modern comforts and conveniences but reflect old world charm and blend with mountain life. The furniture and appliances, sinks and fixtures are all new or restored antiques. The beds are new with new mattresses, linens and pillows. Everything has been chosen with comfort and ambiance in mind, from the romantic chandelier lighting to the plush blankets and rugs. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances to make gourmet dinners and to entertain. All you need to do is provide the food.
Extra level available upon request and upgrade charge, sleeps 3 with en suite bathroom! Also has washer/dryer and a little kitchenette!

Getting around

You’ll need a car to get to the cabin but once there it is possible to walk to town for groceries and stroll around the lake. Please use the road when going for walks and do not cut through neighbors properties or use their stairs to access other roads. A good rule of thumb is to assume all the land is privately owned unless otherwise designated like the paths that go around the lake and marked staircases.

Parking is of limited supply on the weekends. My cabin has space for 2 vehicles right in front. Refer to photos in check in instructions. Please pull up to the trailer right in front of cabin. If you have a second vehicle, it would pull up behind that vehicle in tandem. The second vehicle would be in front of the trees in the gravel that meets the asphalt. The majority of the gravel parking area is my Nextdoor neighbors guest parking. Please do not take up his space. Do not park in the street or on any of the other neighbor’s property. That is a violation of my rental permit and my neighbors will not like it. Please be respectful and limit your vehicles to 2, carpool if necessary. San Bernardino Health department requires guests to abide by the Governor’s mandates for phase 2 of reopening. This means guests who book vacation rentals need to be members of immediate households who have been sheltering together and have been in close proximity with each other. When out and about in the Lake Arrowhead community please follow social distancing practices.No smoking
