Relax with your honey, make it a group getaway, or stay for business in this cozy & cheery home in the sleepy town of San Pedro, LA. 8min drive to the scenic White Point Beach (a cool surfing locale), 14min just across the bridge to the heart of Long Beach, or a 20min+ drive to LAX Airport (traffic allowing). Walking distance to grocery & convenience stores, & Peck Park is just a few blocks' walk away (boasting fantastic hiking trails with scenic views).

THE SPACE
Stylishly designed and fully-furnished interiors including a living area that comfortably seats four, a 42" Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video for your movie nights, and a romantic fireplace. There is a moody formal dining area and lots of counter space for cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. You will have dedicated workspaces in both bedrooms, and WiFi is available.

Expect bright white fluffy towels and crisp bed linens in the cozy and comfortable bedrooms. We also provide two tower fans and a wall A/C unit to keep you cool during those warmer summer months, and a built-in gas heater for warmth during the chillier months.

The backyard has has string lights for evening ambiance, a fire pit and grill, hammock, and table for four.

GUEST ACCESS
Street parking is abundant (there is usually an open spot on the corner of Dunn St. just in front of the fire hydrant, or on 1st St near the detached garage). Feel free to walk, grab an Uber/Lyft or drive to get around. We have done all three! Please note there are about 13 steps leading up to the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We've got awesome quiet neighbors, so please no parties/gatherings/get-togethers. Please note: Our properties have external cameras and alarm systems for security.

Zanneta is a fantastic host. She communicates quickly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. She is so considerate and thoughtful. The house is very well decorated and you can tell the owners have taken care with try to create a lovely space for guests. We stayed for a month and I think this would be a perfect place for maybe a shorter stay. The things that made it less than a 5 star place for us probably wouldn't have been a big deal if we were only staying a short time. But it's on a very busy street and there's car noise pretty much all the time. Over time that noise got a little exhausting. We had hoped to spend much of our time in the outdoor space. There is a private backyard but it's pretty noisy from the road and there really isn't comfy place to sit for long periods out there. It would be great for a few hours but not really conducive to spending all day out there over a long period. Overall it was a really good stay and Zanneta's hospitality was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at Zanneta's! The place is beautifully decorated with a spacious kitchen and lovely backyard. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the hosts' personalized touches throughout the house. We were a bit worried about parking, but we never had any issues finding a spot on the street in front of the house. We'd recommend this listing for anyone looking to stay in or near San Pedro!

Really really really lovely little bungalow - I was in town for medical reasons so had to stay inside 24/7 and it was a very cosy and comfortable place to shack up. Lovely natural light, gorgeous plants and a nice spacious feel to everything (not least fridge and laundry space).

We enjoyed our stay so much at Zanneta's Airbnb - we wish we could have stayed longer! The home was tidy, private, dog-friendly and well decorated. We loved all the natural light that came in. This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Zanneta was also very accommodating, responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! Zanetta was so easy to get ahold of and was so kind to us during our stay. This Airbnb is beautiful and quaint. It was the perfect size for our stay. It was very clean and there were some sweet touches left behind for us. My boyfriend commented that this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in in the last 6 years that we’ve been using Airbnb and I fully agree. We would definitely stay here again.

Getting around

If You're Driving: Take the Interstate 110 South to San Pedro (the highway ends in San Pedro), and make a left onto Gaffey St. Make a right on to 1st St. As you cross over Bandini St, you should begin to look for parking. The house is between Bandini St. and Dunn St.

The 205 La Metro Bus: stops in both directions on 1st St towards the intersection of Bandini St.

Early check-in may be available in some instances. Check-in instructions will be sent to you a few days prior to your reservation start date.

House Rules

***Please note: A government-issued photo ID is required prior to accessing the property to prevent fraud. Your ID will never be shared with anyone.***
1. No shoes in the house.
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. A $250 smoke removal fee will be applied for violations.
3. No parties, gatherings, or loud music.
4. No unregistered guests or pets in the home.
5. Please report damages immediately so that we can repair/replace.
6. Please turn the lights off in unoccupied rooms, and the AC/Heater off when leaving.
7. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
8. No video productions without prior arrangements with the host.
9. Quiet hours are between 9pm-9am.
10. We aren't responsible for lost or forgotten items.
11. Please take trash down to the curb on Thurs nights and bring the bins back onto the curb on Fri.
12. We have a live fiddle leaf fig tree in the living room. Please open the shutters in that room during the day to allow it to get some light. For stays longer than a week, we ask that you either allow us to enter briefly to water the plants, or that you water them for us (we will let you know when and how much).
13. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any human or pet biohazard/waste removal from the property.
14. We do not allow USPS mailbox service for any guest, however deliveries via UPS/FedEx/DHL to the door are permitted. You may either open a P.O. Box for USPS service, or you may have mail delivered to “Cozy Sun Casa” and add a C/O (Care of) line with your name.
15. Life happens! Unfortunately, as a family-run business we often cannot accommodate last-minute cancellations. Please consider protecting your trip with travel insurance.

Payment Policy

All payments including security deposit and, pet fees should be made in full at the time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit to be returned within 7 days of check-out provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Please consider travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
